Since 16 weeks old my labrador has played tug and chase with other puppies/dogs, including alsatians, huskies and rottweilers. He is 2 years old now and the worst he could ever do would be lick you to death or asphixiate you with a fart.
They may be playing now, but the dog is still learning hostility. Is okay to play tug with your dog, but to set him against another dog in this manner is just horrible. I love my Rott/Retriever but know better. This guy should be reported to the ASPCA. I'm angry and disgusted.

I have a half-golden half rottie, & she was raised by my b/f. She's the sweetest dog you'll ever meet-gentle & playful, since she was a puppy. She grew up with another dog & they were VERY obedient. You just have to raise them well. I'm sorry to hear about that. To loose a dog, isn't just a pet, it's family. I'm really sorry, hun. I was attacked by my dad's mistress' rottwieler when I was 7. So, until I met my new dog, Lulu, I didn't like them at all. Check out my video of her, you'll see.

the problem is not the breed. the real problem is how these dogs were trained. it the same concept as raising child. a rottie hater? that is fine. not all people dislike them.
True. But these two are just babies. Playing. Dogs this young need to be socialized with other pups, or that Rottie very well may 'rip the shreds' out of that Golden Retriever when he gets older. And if you hate Rotties, I'm very sorry for you. I have two, and the joy never ends with them.

They look like my dogs(also Rottweiler and Golden), however mine are about 3 to 4 years old. They act exactly the same!

You know this is how they train them to fight, as in to the death battles. The owners of these dogs obviously don't care about animals.

How sweet. My brother has two Rotts, one is 150 lbs and the other is 100lbs. They both think they are lap dogs!! They are so sweet and nice.
