I have this phone. Everytime I make a phone call the dam screen dissappears and its a hell of a job to get it back again. When it does come back it then flashes in and out all the time. Is this the way it should be?

@danoola25 actually no, the battery life is crap compared to my old ancient phone. But thats the only downfall. Alot of my friends have different smart phones like the htc, and the samsoung, and all that. The battery life for these phones are all pretty crap. thats the only thing i hate about this phone!

Type the side to slide or tilt to scroll around? If only smartphone makers spend more time developing useful features or better design we would have much more competitive market. Apple, HTC and Samsung can do it. This lagging ugly looking thing is worse than chinese Iphone knockoffs. What's in next LG phone? A button which when pressed goes ''Moo'' and when you tap it on top it plays nursery rymes. I bet that would be neat.

Why my Optimus Black takes only MicroSD cards but not MicroSDHC cards ? I want to buy a bigger memeory card but when i used my old phones SDHC card it didnt recognize it. Please help!

I got Optimus Black n ordered 16 Gb microSDHC card off Amazon...had probs initially with it freezing the phone and not being recognised, but stuck it in my old LG Viewty (which is not supposed to support more than 2Gb card) and formatted it and its been fine ever since......very odd! Love this phone tho, my first real smartphone and its easy 2 use, great features and lovely camera...only prob is delay on taking pics...the click goes off then the pic taken a few seconds later..

@bob72kat I got the problem too. Somehow after putting the SDHC in my Otimus Black, the card was suddenly locked. I inserted the card into my old phone and formatted it also.....now everything is fine.

@XyloN4Min If you can afford the price, get the Galaxy S II (which will be released in a few months). If not, they are all very good. The main cons are: Xperia neo = very modified UI, if you like the standard android UI, go for the others; Galaxy S = No LED flash for the camera, but that's not a big issue since the night mode helps a lot already (I've tested it); Optimus black = The battery life is too short. This is a disvantage in EVERY LG phone, so if you need a long battery life, dont buy it

@bigbad1000do7a The new nova screen from lg has been tested to have a higher nit rating the samsungs super amoled screen with better battery life. These are just claims but if its anything to go by, it wont have the same hue/tint the super amoled's had. :)
