  • This is really nice! Can we expect more of these?

  • yeah... this.... sucks... just sayin....

  • I don't think you understand the fact that Hippolyta was kidnapped by Theseus. She didn't love him in the least.

  • @meh800 actually, she was given to theseus to marry by herculies. she grew to love him, as he did her.

  • @livcaitbff It depends on which source you're reading. There are many different stories saying different things, there isn't one definitive story. However, she wouldn't have grown to love him within the one night that is a midsummer night's dream, so this clip is still inaccurate.

  • @meh800 not in the one night. within the period of time that they were together. i don't really know, but that's how the version my class did went. some of them are different, when they should be the same.

  • @meh800 wait, wait, sorry he did capture her, but she didn't hate him. she did eventually gorw to love him. sorry.

  • FIRST. This thing looks like it's from some role playing thingy on the internet.

SECOND. Why the heck is Theseus so happy, and actually engaging Hippolyta? They're going to be married in 4 days, THEY'RE ALREADY ENGAGED. Besides, Theseus is meant to be impatient...

  • worst thing ever

  • garbage

  • lame

  • hippolyta should not be all happy and stuff here.. she just got conquered it battle.

  • i read this and watched tis in drama class with my drama/art teacher,ms.nickel

  • needed this for school but didn't use it............. its crap.

  • I <3 this play! i did a research project on this play!

  • no. I agree that this is total crap.

  • I think it's really cool how you put this together with Sims. I just finished reading the book of this. How'd you make Hermia cry? make her stats horrible? lol

    Awesome job, I say.

  • Mmm, dont mean to be rude but this is kinda crap.

  • One thing, Hippolyta is not supposed to be happy with being married. She believes that four days will go by fast because she does not want the marraige to happen. She does not want it to happen because she is the leader of the Amazons (a tribe consisting of all women and no men. Men were captured so babies would be concieved.) He forced her to marry him by causing her pain as it states directly from the transcript "Hippolyta, I wooed thee with my sword, and won thy love doing thee injuries."

  • um actually Hippolyta falls for theseis thats what the transcriptsays "hippolyta, i wooed(made you fall in love with) thee with my sword, and won thy love doing thee injuries."

  • Theseus captured Hippolyta in conquest of her country and claimed her as his wife (this is the kind of thing you'd know in Shakespeare's time from legends, etc.) Hence 'wooed thee with my sword.' To woo is actually courting somebody--it doesn't necessarily mean trying to make them love you. And even if he was trying, it doesn't mean he was successful.

Also, in typical male fashion, Theseus was cocky and assuming that Hippolyta loved him.

    ;-)

  • @CallistaMacLeod Maybe she did. I don't know about you, but if I was being held at swordpoint I wouldn't be quick to show hatred.

  • The Amazon thing is true but it's also possible that the "I wooed thee with my sword" is a play on words.

  • Yawn yummm.....

  • Great movie

  • WTF?

  • wow this is amazing graphics and right on plot. You should get some voice actors though(www.voiceactingalliance.com).

  • it's kinda boring...
