i morally agree and disagree with this. 1. If you feel uncomfortable with who you are that is fine. However, one cannot truely escape who they are as a being. No matter if you can or cannot alter yourself, there is a lot more to being a female than just growing hair, getting boobs, and losing a penis. There is nothing wrong with what one does with their body. But this does make them comfortable, however it is not a true transformation but a mere placebo for gaining confidence, I feel.

I do agree that gender is physical, but if she wants to be a woman, then that's fine. A sex change is like a name change, your original name will always be there and part of who you are, but you become the new name, the new you.
