this is main issue i have. i take on negativity so much and definitely can use help in learning how to center myself. i'm sure its easier than we all realize and could easily change the planet once we learn how to control the energy field.

right now we are controlled by a negative forcefield and are waking up to humanity's full potential. this is happening on so many levels. great info!

I was on the Iyanla Vanzant show with Judith Orloff and I must say Judith knows what she speaks...I was so "fixated" on the negative which is why I was feeling defeated, depressed...when I tapped into my "positive energy" things began to change...in every negative thought I replaced it with a positive one...it was an aha moment for me!!!

Judith while you say how to avoid energy vampires do you have any solutions to help them overcome being one? Especially the learnt habits which run in families.

As Eckhart Tolle calls them the PainBody mode which seeks pain and to inflict pain.

For unless we help fix them and help us who have these issues, we are defining us & them, judgements, & the result of avoiding the answers to the problems we need to solve in order to have a peaceful world. Equality & love for all. Avoidence does not fix.

In Positive Energy I have a chapter on types of energy vampires and how to combat them. We all are energy vampires at times. We must be mindful of our behavior and motivations and aim to heal what's negative in ourselves. It is never us versus them. It is always US. But with mindfulness we can begin to heal negativity.

Thanks Judith for this video! I know energy is essential.  But also are spirituality, love, sex and human relations. Are those things related? I guess yes, but maybe not necessarily. What happens if energy is low?

yesterday I realized something important. I'm having a hard time controlling my anger when it comes to negative ignorant people. I'm having a hard time channeling that anger to create positive actions and words. sometimes it seems to take over me, and I lose control. sometimes I don't act on that anger because I know that if I do it might cause harm to someone, but all that negative energy I keep inside ends up hurting me in mind, body and spirit. how can I release that energy in a positive way?
