  • as a vegan, there is soo many carbs and protein than everyone else knows..if you don't think so, ask a health teacher or someone what is in fruits and vegetables

  • i am vegan, and am thinking of becoming a raw vegan for a while. your videos are the most informational and inspiraing ones i have watched, so thank you very much!(:

  • I love platanos from Islas Canarias and yellow skin peaches. Love Spain and rawfoods.

  • Bee pollen and honey are not vegan.

  • @marteeni Yup, it's an animal by-product.

  • What a boring fridge

  • do you only eat organic lettece, fruits and veggies? also how much water would you say someone should drink daily? thanks xoxo

  • what a sad fridge

  • ur gorgous! looks like that diets doing you justice

  • LOL. I can't believe the ignorance of people commenting. No protein? It's not healthy! Ha! Best diet ever! Keep on being awesome, from another 80-10-10er. ;)

  • i really do think it's amazing that you can keep up with this diet, and it isn't going to harm you (i'm studying nutrition in university) the only thing i can see wrong is that there are certain essential amino acids (what makes up protein) that you can only get from eating meat. fish and chicken are good for you and give you essential fatty acids and essential proteins. other than that this diet is completely fine and healthy.

  • I'm not a Vegan, but from what I understand if you eat any animal byproducts, including honey, you are not Vegan. this diet looks really healthy :) not sure how you do it!

  • Where I live we don't have many fresh fruit in winter so, when it is still summer, I go pick strawberry, raspberry and bluberry (a ton!) and I put them in the freezer in small portions so I can take a bag out every day of winter :)

  • Please don't miss understand me...I am NOT challenging you about your diet. I agree with your diet (though you don't need me to agree). But I was wondering about the fact that you consider yourself a vegan, but you eat bee pollen. If I understand veganism correctly, there are no animal products in the diet. Honey is a product of bees. Your diet seems more Fruitarian. Have you checked out Fruitarianism on YouTube? Thanks for the Vids...

  • I put bee pollen in my morning smoothies.

  • the bee polen is actually really good... u used to have a bad bronchitis since i was 2 to the age of 15 and this saved me... i haven't been sick in over 4 years

  • @aryplaygirl ps. u mix a little bit of honey and a bit of the polen ... i would just put a teaspoon into the honey and then just dip it in the polen... you eat it early morning before you have anything yet :) at the beginning it might taste weird but in time u start liking it a lot.

  • I'm interested in the container you store your lettuce in. Is it for that purpose? Does it keep it fresh longer since it has the air holes?

  • I don't know why people are so freaked out about you not eating any meat. I don't eat meat since I was 18 years old and I'm much more healthy. Everyone should eat what they think it's best for them, if you feel the best when you're eating raw food then go for it! I don't criticize anyone who eats animals, so don't criticize who choose to not eat them.

  • Hi Liz I love your videos, you're such an inspiration! Do you eat peas, lentils and chickpeas? They have tons of protein and are really filling!

  • You know you got so much criticism on this, good for you for showing everyone what you eat and good for you for finding something that makes you feel amazing! I have to laugh at the comments about fiber and vitamins and nutrients especially. You probably are getting way more of that than the normal/average person. Sorry for the rude comments you got!

  • Have you thought about sprouting yet?

  • You can put Bell Pollen in smoothies:)

  • Hey Liz. .You said that you divide your nuts into portions. How much nuts do you eat daily? Do you mix different nuts together or do you eat them separately? :)

  • i could never do this diet.

  • Well, you're diet isn't for me but it seems to be working for you, you look absolutely gorgeous and seem to be having a lot of energy :) You know your own body the best, and if you feel good then you are definitely doing something right. I think it's great that people are criticizing bread/pasta/sugar filled diets. The same diet is not gone suit for everybody, so it's cool that people are willing to try different things out.

  • Oh yes, and the bee pollen. It's got tons of protein and a natural antibiotic that destroys harmful bacteria. Try it in smoothies! I have had it a few times in a smoothie, its not bad at all.

  • I love that you eat raw food! I wish I could but I am not that disciplined. I don't eat any meat though and I eat a lot of raw/fresh food and nuts. It feels SO much better!

I do not know why people are so critical of it? What do they think people did before all of the factories began to make these disgusting processed foods? THEY ATE RAW!

Anyways, love your vids :) are you sunburned? GIRL stay out of the sun! Your skin is tooo pretty!

  • Thinking I need to try raw food diet. Do you always feel satisfied? Ever hungry?

  • You can use the bee pollen in your smoothies... Try it and let me know... :)

  • Hi Liz I admire you because of your discipline. I am also a healthy eater and I do eat all those things you do, but still I love fish and chicken and cooked veggies also. I believe that every person knows her/his body the best and that if you are feeling amazing that is the only truth that counts. Tnx for another great video. :-) xx

  • hi!! I love you're vlog!! You're husband eat the same healthy stuff that you.. you're lucky!!

  • Wow, you definitely can't go wrong with a fridge/pantry like that haha. Except maybe the alcohol if you ever get tempted.

I live with my BF who is fine with eating cereals (that probably aren't the best for losing weight for someone like me who cannot control how much I munch on that kind of stuff) as well as other not "super healthy" foods. What is your advice on controlling your temptations when you keep food in the house for someone else?

  • Hi, just curious if you do most of your shopping at the local outdoor markets there or if you still shop at grocery stores like most of us do in the U.S.?

  • Eat Bee Pollen in your oatmeal but you can't eat it because your on a raw diet? make sure to test the Bell Pollen first because you can get an allergic reaction to it.

  • weird question, but how do your bowel movements respond to all that fruit?

also can you do a video where you show what you eat throughout the day? like after you get your breakfast ready just film for a minute about it and then do the same for lunch and dinner and snacks in between? your diet is very interesting and i would love to see you put those foods into use.

  • @pinkshamrock18 She already has! just look through her uploads

  • Hunter-gatherer diet, basically, but you do need some lean protein like chicken, turkey, or fish at least once a week!

  • @SaveTheEarth552

There are many other forms of protein! Nuts, beans, tofu, peas, grains, etc.

  • @stephgrandprix true, but at least a little iron from red meat would be very beneficial. Not all forms of protein are equal or have the same type of nutrients. The entire hunter gatherer diet is based upon this, but I think that the raw diet is just one too far.

  • My brother in low is a medical student and he said it is unhealthy diet.He also said you are going to looks much older than people your age.You probably take vitamins and it is worse for your liver than cooked egg or a carrot.LOVE YOUxoxox

  • @slub2003 I have to disagree. People in the conventional medical field are only taught about the mainstream diet. Also, I do not take any vitamins because I don't need to; I get so many vitamins and minerals from my diet. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... I'm eating this way because I feel the best I've ever felt in my whole life... that's evidence enough for me! (:

  • @slub2003 Brother in 'low'?! haha, what an ominous misprint to make.

  • Like Tammimarie i am curious also how it looks your menu for a day:)can you make a video only about this? Thanks!

  • You got some sun!

  • Is your husband doing the raw diet too? Or is he still eating fish etc. like you used to? Do you keep food/snacks around for guests since you keep alcohol for guests? Just curious if you do and then if the food/snacks was tempting. How much fruit do you think you eat in a day? Just curious how the raw food diet works, like do you eat 5 apples a day, 5 peaches, etc.

  • are you vegetarian?

  • @mostlybeloved14 Liz is a lowfat raw vegan. 80 10 10

  • soo can you show us like a dinner you would eat... with the fruit and nuts??

  • what does your husband eat?

  • omg no meat no proteins no fibre... do you think this is healthy ? wow...

  • @lebchickaa55 No protein? Did you see the nuts? Also, I eat so much fruit and veggies each day with my nuts that I get more than enough protein. No fiber? Actually fruits and veggies are PACKED with fiber. I feel amazing; the best I've ever felt! (: xx

  • @lebchickaa55 no fiber? theres more fiber in this diet than yours im assuming !

  • Is that all that you are eating just what you showed us? Frui, nuts and salad? Do you not eat meat of any kind? No processed food at all?

  • Bee pollen in grains... I take some every morning. I just put a bit of pollen (a little bit more than a teaspoon) in a glass and let it melt with plenty of lukewarm water. Then I add half a teaspoon of honey(whatever honey you like will be perfect!)and then I drink it, before starting my breakfast. It's a great great energizer and helps the natural defences of the body to become stronger ^__^ greetings from an italian living in Germany who keeps in her kitchen pretty much the same stuff as you do

  • OMG. this has made me want to redo my fridge now. hahaha you would be ashamed if you saw my fridge ! hahah!!!! this has a lot of amazing and great tips! thanks for this video :)))

  • Wow i found you videos so inspiring but i dont think i could solely live off raw food. You are clearly a very disciplined person. I was wondering what do you eat if you and your husband go out to dinner or if your at a party?

  • Hi Liz, lovely video as usual. It's very interesting to see you you keep veggies and fruit: you gave me some useful suggestions. Kisses, Bianca.
