  • nerd alert.

  • Nice Sound from Crysis 2 ;)

  • Nice!!! Where can I get that?

  • not bad ,i also done that too on my pc lcd monitor using blue backlight.Only few of us Singaporean do this.

  • what's the point of backlighting? to look cool?

  • @TeamLastNerve

    1. Ambience lighting to prevent glare directly from the TV, thus watching your favorites movies or shows in your own stored TV configurations like the Brightness, Contrast and so on.

    2. Cinema-like effect.

    3. By asking around others, and they will definately offer you good tips.

    4. Lastly. Yes, also to look cool but thats the least important.

  • thats a 32" tv???? looks small???

  • @ChrizzUSMC Yes a 32" and the cabinet is big.

  • the color chosen sucks... should have gone blue... Lighting is too uneven.

  • @Hammerhead786 Blue maybe nice. Color choice wise depends on your interior and decor of your living/entertainment room, and not based on what you see on someone else's video. This you'll have to 'play' around with it for a couple of days to really make you comfy.

2ndly. Its just an experiment by using CCFL. Still searching for cheaper LEDs so that I could fix up multi-colored with selectable switches on the LEDs rail. My stores all came fixed single-colored LEDs rail and ain't cheap.

  • @geraldlkc check out ledunderbody -->d o t--c o m <--- They have an inexpensive home theater kit that is also expandable with a control module:

•Two 15 Inch and Two 9 Inch Tubes

•Total of 96 Ultra Bright, Wide Angle LEDs

•7 Solid Color Modes Include Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Teal, White, and Yellow

•3 Scan Modes and 3 Fading Modes

    •1 Distinct Sound Activated Mode

    •Easy to Use Control Box

•Each Tube Features 5 Feet of Power Wire

    •Mounting Hardware and Installation Instructions

  • @geraldlkc I think white is too harsh for backlighting a tv. Just my opinion for what it's worth...which ain't much!

  • @Hammerhead786 Noted. Will tryout some different colors. Thks bro.

  • @geraldlkc I ordered the kit and it should arrive Wednesday- Friday. I will let you know my findings and i'll post a video if it turns out to be worth a shit. I'm going to try some different things positioning the lights before i do the final set up. I am putting it on a 55" tele so I ordered the additional two 15" bars.

  • @Hammerhead786 ok sure. just post the video response when you done. cheers.

  • C'est réellement impressionnant.

  • Very nice, is it possible to get those lights with changeing color :)

  • @Ratko92 I guess you have to check on the internet (ebay) and it will be using LEDs attached to a little device instead of CCFL tubes.

  • The music is a little dramatic for backlighting a television, bro. Hah. Quite cool though

  • @bigdjindustriez Thks bro. Music taken from Crysis 2.

  • wooooow
