she was certainly into heavy stuff that time around... actually it reminds me of this mi 08 to nowadays behavior. She has been into alcohol since 96 but I guess around 99-01 and then from 08-10 she's been doing hardest stuff. She seemed always so high while the Glitter era and her voice, my God, terrible, if even her speaking voice was so dried, so unhealthy go figure her singing. I guess she's been tied to the wrong guys: Luis Miguel and Dick CanNot... poor woman, she's lost everything. Wasted.

I love Mariah, i can tell she's lost a lot of energy and confidence on stage, i wish she were able to feel more comfortable and have fun like she did in half of the video. there was way too much pressure on her, and its painful to see how she was treated like a celebrity and an icon more than a human being who needs a break and time to breathe.

She has said so herself. in an article. she smoked when she was a teenager and since she got a record deal in late 1988.
