Normal forme is almost as strong offensively as Atk forme, but with slightly higher def. Normal's speed is also pretty good, making Speed forme nonessential

Yes, Deoxys had his own movie called "Destiny Deoxys". Look it up. And yes, Deoxys is in the pokedex. I caught it on an emulator with cheats just for fun and it counts in the pokedex.

You cant see Deoxys in LG/FR, they're the re-makes of Red and Blue and only contain the origenal 151 pokemon. You see Dexys in R/S/E though! ^_^
