Does that include utilities? I live in an apartment with boyfriend and we pay about 80,000 for the apartment alone in Tokyo, utilities are separate. Then again we aren't that close to the cities.

That aparment was already furnished.The only thing I purchased was the TV stand. Some apartments are already furnished.Some aren't.

Companies like Sakura House and Aparments and Fontana have furnished apartments.
