I've been going through your uploads, adarchive, and like the rest this is a very good selection. I used to go on holiday in the Anglia TV region, which I assume you're from, so it's nice to see some regional ads in amongst the more familiar ones.
Thanks Mister Trimble (I remember your kids programme by the way!). Apart from editing out duplicates, the ads on this channel are presented in the order they were taped, so that explains the real mixture you see. I'm near Cambridge incidentally....
Now 13 ad is voiced by David "Kid" Jensen. I would possibly try to buy a copy of Now 13 and The Hits on eBay one day! ;-) And the music album ads are the icing on the cake on this ad compilation. (I love Right On and Riding On A Train by The Pasadenas. B-) )
the hits album i didnt know yazz had more than 1 song. Its annoying as i remember the music but was too young to want to go to concerts id love to see gloria estafan in action.
Never spotted Samantha Janus in the Princes ad but did spot Michael Melia (Eddie Royle in EastEnders) in the same ad.
Have Now! 13 on CD. All of the ads in that sequence were released on the EMI labels. Chris Tarrant voices the Classic Experience ad, and Johnnie Walker the Pink Floyd album ad.
best way of saying it, brill music ads good 4 mins of it, how did you put them music ads together, ur archive sure must be good, after you do ads you should put on old programmes too, cookery, quizzes anything i sure trust ur good stuff.
I didn't edit the music ads, it was one ad topped and tailed by Sir Cliff. The only editing I do is to remove the duplicates, otherwise the ads are uploaded in the same order they were recorded 18 years ago. I'm just sticking to the ads and once they're all on, I'll leave it at that I think!!
"Ma Griffe" means "My Signature". Or possibly "My Talon". But probably the signature thing.

The Hits Album dosen't seem like a bad compilation! Neat stuff.
The entire commercial montage from Cliff Richard was very entertaining to watch. A lot of great choices there!
What a horrible name for a fragrance, BRUT! Well, I guess at least I didn't come up with it.
