  • I saw the WWI Memorial for the first time, ironically enough, only a few weeks before this video was made. I was walking in DC with my friend I saw it, and I wondered what it was, and why no one was near it, or ever mentioned it before. I took a picture of it though. I honor our soldiers so much.

  • What a shame....For such a huge war its men got such a puny memorial.

  • I was disappointed at the services at the National Cemetery in Houston yesterdays. I saw hundreds of Congressman Ted Poe's veteran constituents and three or four other Houston area Congressmen but...NO TED POE. Mr. Poe brings and new meaning to missing but NOT in action.

  • i remeber seeing tht and its th one tht stuck with me i remeberd tht one th most

  • It's a shame the way this memorial and it's veterans have been forgotten. Is this the way of all our war memorials? Of all our veteran? If we don't do something quickly our WWII mmorial will be next.

  • ww2 is too popular. its sad that lots of people have forgotten about this memorial.

  • They call Korea the Forgotten War. But, in reality WW1 and not to mention Afghanistan are now also being forgotten.

  • dont forget the phillipino-american war, 4,000 us k.i.a.

  • True. And also all the big operations that have been forgotten. Such as Grenada.

  • Yeah, it's not fair. More US soldiers died in WWI than US soldiers died in Vietnam and Korea combined.
