Maybe because it's pointless. protective spirit makes everything hit 5's no matter what.

You need the lowest health possible for many reasons, lets say you have 500 health protective spirit makes it so they can only hit like 10% of your health, so if you have 55hp it will make all damage hit at the most 5 instead of if you have 500 hp it would be 50.
