@Drav1212 set up your android device with google and it should sync all your calendars, emails and such.

I have spent hours trying to figure this out! I always couldn't find the app data but but i learnt that was because i had my settings to hidden. I was so happy when i saw the appdata file come up but when i went to the mobilesync then backup there was a bunch of files with gibberish!

Heres the story: I updated my iphone and my notes did not come back! I had very imported stuff in those notes. will I ever get my notes back? (sorry if this was confusing) PLEASE REPLY.

@10KewlPerson10 sorry this took so long to reply but your notes may have not been backed up in any of those files. Usually though Apple iTunes stores all of that stuff in the .ispw... if you have correctly backed up your device it should be there. In iTunes if you are on windows hold shift and click restore. This allows you to select your .ispw manually. On a Mac i think it's command click.

basically my old laptop with my itune died and I manage to copy everything over onto a external harddrive... then my iphone got stolen, which I had to get a new iphone, however everything is gone and I'm trying to see if I can still restore all my contacts and some stuff over to this new iphone??
