They definitely help me out, especially once you get used to them. I've been able to increase my sensitivity on bfbc2 and all of the cod's. It's really hard to go back to a standard controller without them, since they increase the height of your sticks by about 1/2 an inch.

@MyM40iZB4NGiiN there are different types of them..speed...accuracy. They increase your ability...lets say in COD:MW2...they increase your ability to kill with great accuracy and fat. They are basically 2 thumb sticks that you have to put on your xbox controller...10-20$
