This service as far as I know didn't cout outside of the US, and if indeed the service was established in 1996 then that was right at the very end of the Mega Drive's lifetime. This service reminds me of the Wii shop channel, only the Wii shop channel is far better, you get to keep your games once you download them.

Aw, I really wish this promo would have been posted back about a year ago when I was scouring all over the net for every single Sega related commercial and promo from every country up to the 32X/Sega Cd era that I could find.

I ended up making about an 80 minute compilation with all the footage I could gather. Fun to go back and watch them all off one DVD. Would have loved to had a copy of this on it. Might have to make an updated version sometime if you don't mind me doing so for personal use?
