how many darts you lose?

@foongnerf123 Very few, actually. After each round, everyone scoured the areas that they had been in to recover ammo. It's too expensive to lose, if you can avoid it, and we had to keep the area clean as well.

No, not at all, though the wind was extremely calm that day and would likely make a difference.

I think it was out of the kindness of his heart, actually. He is fast, professionally trained in martial arts, and has mad skills.  But fortunately for us, he is also a teddy bear who goes out of his way to try and keep things even and ensure that everyone just has a good time. ;)

No borders set, but the darts don't reach more than 30ft or so, so the field was limited and each battle broke out into 2-3 mini-battles that "killed" players off. Everyone knew where they had been, so they'd just go back and search. Our recovery rate was better than expected, and the rangers had no qualms or complaints (we did inform them of our plans and the locations thereof). Besides, no one wants to give the doc or TSU a bad wrap by leaving messes or being obnoxious in public places.

I hear ya. One could imagine that if all the bullets were "day-glo" in color, one could always go back at night sometime with black lights, and have a *new* Dr. Steel-esque game to collect any possible bullet escapees, called: "Find the radioactive projectiles". Finder of the most wins a prize of some sort, a Dr. Steel cd, or somesuch. Actually, that sounds kinda fun.
