Release Dates for both, NA and EU, are set for February 2008.
I know that the US will get it on February 12, '08. And of course, the release date for EU will be somewhere close around that.

There are quite a number of Xbox 360 titles that are Region-free. But it is often times up to the Publishers themselves, if they want to make them region free or not.
At least, in Lost Odyssey's case, neither NA nor EU has to wait very long for the game to be released in their region. Also, I added a link to my 'Video Description,' that gives you a list of Region-free Xbox 360 Games.

Pretty sure. Also, Mr. Hironobu Skaguchi himself said that he would love to turn "Lost Odyssey" into a franchise/series. --However, I do not think about that yet though; I first want to finally play and experience LO!!! XD February '08 can't be here soon enough!...'Lost Odyssey' completes the Story of Kaim Argonar-it has all the right ingredients of a beautiful, mesmerizing and Epic Adventure; and then we will see where it goes from there.
