@9unarguable7 Nah, there's no dubstep here. I dislike categorizing music at times as much as anyone, but if we're gonna do it, we might as well be systematic and do it in a way that makes sense.

The rhythm of this track tells you it's 100% dnb - it's identical to older funk drum break rhythms jungle artists would sample and which were cut up, rearranged and sped up. See "Amen Break" for the most infamous one of all. Notice the use of accented snare hits (and ghost snare hits) on half beats.

To be fair, the line between dubstep and DnB is getting so blurred with all this new DnB-inspired dubstep, it gets easy to see how one might confuse the latter for the former. The slow part could easily be "mistaken" for dubstep.
