@flsweetthang I noticed all the negative reviews on this hair on yt too...but...the difference in the majority of those reviews and this review is that the other ladies (at least from the vids that i've seen) put products in the hair as part of their maintenance...tonidaley80 used ONLY water in it.

That MAY not be related at all...but i definitely believe it's a significant factor.
