As others have said, your animation adds absolutely nothing to this glorious comedy, and it is so dead, meaningless and appalling I find it impossible to listen to more than a minute of it....so yes, in the context of this upload you have ruined their dialogue. Filming two lumps of coal would have been better.

Glad to be evoking some reaction, either way. The Animation isn't for everyone, i have already conceded that. I still believe the performance of these two geniuses stands out no matter what format it is presented in.

Think Insult might be a bit harsh. I may be adding to the performance, but in no way tinkering with their words. I think it is more insulting to suggest that such wondrous performances by two top class comedians can some how loose their impact just because there are pictures over them. I could have just filmed some lumps of coal and the dialogue would have remained just as hilarious.

@pblip HAHA! Why wouldn't they be standing up. From the recording they could be sitting butt naked in an igloo being served mytaes at noon. The animation is not for everyone, but the words and perfomance is the key.

i think that was very much the character he was playing. its similar to the one he does in both brasseye and the day today. i think, particularly in this episode, peter cook has the upper hand.
