This vehicle, called DT-30 ' Vityaz ' ( or Knight ) was created by Soviet engineers for extreme offroad exploration. There were military as well as civil versions of that tracked vehicle. For instance, using DT-30 Russians accomplished long marches across Antarctica, between various scientific stations.

This cross-country vehicle is designed in the seventies. Then the factory for manufacture of these machines has been constructed.

It was not useful to army, but had offroad qualities more than at the tank. It is applied at building of gas pipelines, oil pipelines, delivery of cargoes in inaccessible places. Has the analogues designed on its type in other countries. It can not be undermined on an anti-tank mine: too small pressure upon the earth.

на самом деле аэродром не получился бы. очень сложно будет обслуживать самолёт. да и тем более сейчас нету вертикалок подходящих. разве что як-141, а он большой. а вот зенитно-ракетный комплекс типа с-400 другое дело)

I only pointed out to @Bufal07 and @whitebear26, that the BV`s were launched several years before the DT30... About the Sweedish fireworks; I think you are wrong! :) The Sweeds are not THAT generous , so their fireworks is nothing to brag about ! The CHINESE ...., on the other hand.....? :) :)
