Step one: Breath in, and out, until you're calm enough to speak proper english or sorts.

Step two: Call someone or go to your closest neighbor.

Step three: Think back. Did you just so happen to, oh I don't know, walk into a graveyard without kissing your hand and touching the gate post? And leave walking backwards? Doing those two things can tell spirits and ghosts you're not there to harm then, and the second one tells them not to fallow you out of the graveyard.

this looks like a genuine haunting to me, and if you don't know how to do an exorcism or anyone who can do one for you -- you must leave that house.I know someone who was terrorized in her own home by an unknown 'thing', we don't even know if it was a spirit.
