Those poor people in Japan were hit by a tsunami and that was the cause of the terrible, terrible calamity. Instead of bad mouthing Sacramento's power plant, you younger people should go to school & find a new way of generating a power supply for your future if you think nuclear energy is not the way. Scientists do not spend their time making false claims of radical cars & men smoking or whatever they do with drugs. This serves no purpose in badmouthing all the hard working people at Ranch Seco.

I am glad this guy lists the REAL problems Rancho Seco had, not the problems anti-nuclear people seem to think Rancho Seco had.
This plant would be working today if it had better people running it. It was the 80's and everyone was snorting coke in their DeLoreans in the parking lot during lunchtime, you can't run a nuclear power plant like that. Nuclear power works, just ask the French. The worst nuclear accidents in history, such as Chernobyl and 3-Mile Island don't come close to the deaths suffered in the first minute of Japan's tsunami the other day.

I live near the plant, see it all the time but never have been there. Didnt know that i was able to go tour it.
