The venom is partially built by lotus you idiots. You say we they are copycats. you cant just take another companys chassis and put a different engine in it and sell it as a different company. people need to know what they are talking about before they starting running their mouth. A lot of people will always try to compare cars like this to the Veyron but comparison really isn't there. It's a good battle on paper, but the Veyron is far more fleshed out. While this GT does have impressive stats, for how long and how much will it able to continually deliver? You've got the transmission from a Ford GT, the engine block from a Chevy Corvette, and the chassis of a Lotus. The Veyron on the other hand is a car built for a purpose and uniquely designed from the ground up.

@FAON1886 As much as I absolutely love the Venom GT it can't compare to the Veyron as a whole. The Veyron is the absolute top of build quality, luxury, and performance wrapped into one package. This is just a raw bare bones beast that will ruin a a Veyron in terms of out right speed. But speed isn't the only thing that defines a car. But the price of this is fucking absurd for a car built off other cars.

The difference between this car and a Veyron is build quality. The GT is a very pretty car, very well crafted for an American tuner company but EVERYTHING for the Veyron was purpose built, R&D'd and manufactured specifically for it. The GT borrows things from different cars and while it will, the compnents of that car should be pretty stressed - much more than the compnents of the Veyron. The GT will have its day in the sun, but ultimately the Veyron is a much better engineered collector's car.
