But, up to a week if the temps are below 50 F. It's best to use it immediately for high quality syrup. The more it ages the darker the syrup will be, and the more invert sugars it will contain. @MsCountrywitch Thanks! I added a barbed fitting and hose to the shutoff, so now I can feed my pans directly from the tank.
