  • wow this is awesome, blows my mind cuz im still in HS lol

  • holy crap! this is awesome! just blew my mind!

  • @Jeneworld It doesn`t take much to blow your mind, huh? ;)

  • I dont think light is the fastest thing in the universe i think the speed at which the universe first started expanding at is.

  • @deshaebeasley thats supposedly the speed of light

  • @randick009 well I would say energy.. but I dont understand why that energy would be light. I would think maybe something on a quantum level would be more realistic. I just dont see what makes us say that its specifically light.

  • @deshaebeasley how can something expand faster than the speed of light?

how about this... What was the speed at which the universe first started expanding? is it energy or mass?

  • @Mrsheytun it's said that the speed of light is constant in a vacuum. certainly u can alter the speeds of light for example when light goes through water it's speed is decreased by a fraction. however it doesn't mean WE can move faster it just means light can change speeds when moving in a medium that allows it to. microwaves are a form of 'light' or electromagnetic radiation and since it only affect a parts of the light it doesn't disprove relativity

  • @Darkcastleknights they all look the same because this is just the nature of anything with mass gravitational attraction causes things to orbit around each other. If you were in space smaller objects would rotate around ur center of gravity. Atoms how ever are slightly different and is explained by quantum physics. Electrons "teleport" in a way. It would be like mars moving to earth spot with out traveling the distance between it, it just jumps.

  • I hope the juggler drops one of those

  • im 40 and whats this?

  • Everyone who viewed this video is an idiot. Not just the people who thumbed it down.

  • @miskee11 OK genius tell us why the speed of light is proportional or related to the energy in mass ?In other words why does the speed of light define the energy in matter .

  • @surgcare I viewed this video.

  • @surgcare the speed of light is the unit of measurement used to calcualate energy in mass and vice versa. light is relative to everything

  • @surgcare to put simply it's just derived to be that way. kinda like how pi is related to the area of a circle. this derivation comes from when you apply relativity to newtonian mechanics. for example say F=ma. according to this if a force is constant if applied long enough it can accelerate past the speed of light but when you add in relativity a term "gamma" is added that would make acceleration go to 0 as you approach the speed of light. when u do this to energy that is what you get..

  • So then if there waqs somthing that moved faster than the speed of light, then his theory would be wrong, right? Then we WOULD be alowed to travel the speed of light or 'travel on a beam of light' because time would not stop at that speed... correct???

  • @xijnnijx sure but the thing is.. he isn't wrong. This stuff is universally accepted. not to be a smart ass but that's kinda like postulating something like this.. if God does exist then dinosaurs aren't real.

  • @Jays0n54 it is just a theory that doesnt mean its completely correct until proven. but thanks good sir :)

  • @xijnnijx there's data to "prove" it. for example muons are particles that are caused from cosmic rays. it's created when the rays hit nitrogen in the atmosphere and it travels at .9999 of the speed of light. The measured half life is something like 22 microseconds at rest. and we know that traveling at that speed it should be able to travel only about 10 km from d=vt. but it's actually measured to travel something longer say 20km. from that we know it time for that particle slowed down.

  • @xijnnijx just a thought experiment. if u were traveling faster than the speed of light (c) what happens when u shoot a beam of light? Would you see the light go backwards? intuitively u would say no the light would just travel at ur spd + c? but exprments show that c is always the same in all inertial frames. so u should see that light at c but an observer would see the light going backwards. see the contradiction? 'faster' than light travel is possible but u have to alter space and time.

  • @Jays0n54 But you can't travel a speed equal to or more than the speed of light?

  • @NotBadYeah right..

  • @Jays0n54 Haha shit, I didn't read your statement properly. It was 6 in the morning okay!

  • But.. That is only how it apers, time can not chnge it's just the time it takes for the light to hit yore eyes that weill be alitlebit diferent due to the fact that the two observers is standing on diferent distances. I dont get it what is the radical idea?

  • @Darkcastleknights Tellurium-128 has a half-life of 2 septillion years, so I'd hardly call that atom "short-lived". Besides, because smaller stars burn their fuel much slower than the big ones they also live much longer. And atoms do not look like solar systems at all.

So I guess you'll have to find a better argument for your claim.

  • @Darkcastleknights Can't tell if trollin or just very stupid.

  • @JakobsMovieTutorials you cannot go faster than the speed of light, to travel the speed of light you would need an infinite amount of energy.(light = energy) I do not beilive that going beyond the speed of light is possible.

  • Anyone knows the full name of this documentary?

  • Ok so if you are moving the speed of ligfht and nothing happens. how come everytime you turn a light on and off the World doesnt freeze in its pleace?

  • @NoModWithCoD turning on and off the light doesn't make u move at the speed of light

  • @Jays0n54 sooooo :D i like to dream :D

  • He done confused me even more...

  • Refer to me as a retard but...

I am in no way doubting this theory, I'm only in search of some self clarity.

Would anyone care to explain exactly why time stand stills when moving at the same distance; I'm having trouble fathoming to relation between 'X' speed putting a stop to time. For example, the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second...In that second you've traveled unbelievably far, but...A second has passed by; Wouldn't it be 186,000 mp'X'? Typing these questions has confused me.

  • So is time travel possible at speed of light?

  • okay, so the guy knew he was a cop, but he didnt know he was the son of the patent clerk? im confused... was he the coke dealer??

  • Ha Ha explain this GIJ,J=0

  • 59 people couldn't understand a word from "In 1905" to "... our understanding of the universe"

  • 59 people are idiots

  • @indianajones703 Actually, Einstein was wrong, so I think that makes YOU an idiot. Ever hear of dark energy you goddamn retard??

  • @MrGrevy just because if Einstein is wrong it doesn't mean liking/disliking this video makes you an idiot. With that said dark energy is also just a theory one which defies the law that says energy can not be created or destroyed. for dark energy to explain why the universe is accelerating there would have to be more dark energy just coming from no where, either that or it's just not understood where it's come from.

  • @Jays0n54 Oh.

  • Um i was just thinking, is this why people say that running slows the effects of aging???

  • @dukenukem4lifeyo123 no, i think it just means running= healthier so u'll age better

  • I don't think its time that stands still at light speed but all particles do (living -like Cells, or otherwise). I think that's because space is expanding at the speed of light and for a light source that is moving at light light speed its light emitted is moving at 2x the speed of space expansion. All life as we know it formed from particles that were moving at universe expansion speed. Time is a sense of our being alive. Time stops at light speed (2x space expansion) because all particles do

  • this is the answer! the universe is just a brain living inside a brain and so on forever and we have a brain that has atoms that lives inside another brain forever inwardly brain cells burnout? stars burn out same shit just that it go,s on both ways inwards and outwards FOREVER! where did it all start? how the heck do I know!! you can,t exspect me to know everything !!!!!.but when I figure it out in another 500 yrs,? I will tell you all everything you wish to know thank you and good night!!~:}

  • @Mii20230201 time exists PERIOD! the question here is about the simultaniety of events... Ex: a star which is 25 lightyears far from earth explodes NOW, but we (on Earth) will see the explosion only after 25 years.... say im in a ship between Sun and that star for example at 10LY from Sun, i will see the explosion 15 years after and 10 years before you will see it on Earth... i hope you understand the example, youtube has character number restriction :)

  • @pteronoid No. In your condition, you only took the displacement of the light to reach you into calculation and does not relate speed of your movement.

  • wow man these people are so smart, I would not even have the slightest clue on how to start and solve and find out how these things work. People like Einstein and Sir Isaac Newton are truly geniuses gifted and way ahead of their time.

  • I think I got it.

    Is it like this.

Imagine you are in a room where time does not exist.

Imagine a sun and a moon paper mache thing goes round and round in a circle to project the earth.

Imagine it is a room full of moving things. They move and we use time to measure the changes in their position.

    Time measures changes.

We grow old because things at a molecular level move and change and make us appear different.

Cells move and reproduce causing us to grow a heart and lung at birth.

  • @madogmgd i think you're a genius! XD

  • @TheRockureworld1 haha thanks

  • someone explain me, if in a particle accelerator if a particle is accelerated to near light velocity then as per this einstein's equation mass will reach near infinity as energy is conserved, then how is the accelerator stable and able to withstand such high mass gain

  • @karthikmmc03 Because their not trying to put it to the speed of light there putt it near the speed of light, also trying to contain the particles through a electromagnetic so it wouldn't cause mass electromagnetic field in the tube to allow alter a chain reaction.

  • @karthikmmc03 I was thinking exactly the same this morning. The relativity mantra doesn't stand firm on many occasions besides this one. I think it is a valid observation related phenomenon but it is an effect of something different. That's why the quantum theory is not working in relation to relativity or vice versa.

  • @konshoff It's the general relativity that has the problems with quantum theory, and would probably had to be modified some time in the future.

Special relativity - like the one in this video - works just fine (Dirac equation).

  • @karthikmmc03 well the actual equation is E=K+mc^2 the mc^2 is independent of motion

  • Forget Einstein. This is the Theory of Relativity; If your parents didn't have children, chances are you won't, either.

  • @Mii20230201 The point your missing is that Einstein believes that its the observer not the point of origin that controls the event. Its only when the light reaches the obvserver and can be measured that the event exists. Same thing with sound. Does thunder happen when it happens or when you hear it? Its the theory of entaglement. An event (lightning in this case) requires the origin of light and an observer to truly exist.

  • @Mii20230201 I agree with you, Time is a human mind equation, it does not truely exist as a seperate factor. True time is not existant

  • @Mii20230201 Exactly! Time doesn't alter, just our sensation of time is altered. Big deal? Sound is the same way.

  • i'm smarter then the old fart lol

  • thumbs up when you didn't know whats einstein very big mistakes.

  • Einstein Made a Mistake... Fabric of Space and Time doesn't Exist....

  • @UnifiedPhysics Why did you capitalize every other damn word...

  • excellent explanation:

by the way those clocks on planes don't go that much slower. If you spent your entire life on an airplane you would save only .00005 seconds on your life and lose a lot more life span due to living off airline food. Joan Rivers, stay home and retire and it won't cost you any more time or hasten the need for any more plastic surgery.

Don't book a flight to save money on an attorney consultation, then again maybe you should if rates go up and flights get faster by 2223!

  • so does that mean earth gets heavier as more light hits it over time. People who have nicer tans tend to be heavier than folks who are couch potatoes. The whole premise seems counter intuitive.

  • @infoanalysis The Earth is not only absorbing light but also reflecting and emitting light. Same for human bodies. A tan can be a skin's reaction to light but it doesn't necessarily mean the person is getting heavier. Of course, on a micro level all objects are absorbing/emitting/reflecting/refracting light so precise mass is never absolutely constant. Like most measurements, however, we simply generalise to a constant number and call the minor fluctuations negligable to our purpose.

  • wow i learneed something today

  • excuse me john 17972 is your mind so small it hinges on becoming the event horizon of a black hole? i mean to say this train experiment or juggling example proved nothing is the most idiodic thing i ever heard!

its very obviouse you only mean to make snide comments with no substance mr einstien is a scientific icon a place in science he earned,i doubt seriously your children even come to you to help with scientific experiments...the leading brains of the world seek this mans opinion every day!

  • its so entertaining to read the comments of a bunch a yahoos that couldnt do a 5th grade science experiment..lol

Einstein used his mathmatical equasions to test his theory and proved time and time again the theories to be correct, he was so smart that scientist today use his work as a platform to prove and disprove scientific theories...its still entertaining to read what you hair brained dumasses have to say....however it shows your glowing stupidity!

  • pull your head out.

Gravity is the ashes of electrical activity.

Einstein had little faith in his theories and the dumbasses that followed him took a fruitless path of unending hypothesis.

    And now TGR will die.

You should instead do a funeral video for E=mcsquared.

at least that way you wouldn't be such a sheep.

  • @alaric63 its been proven multiple times. if you put an atomic clock in an airplane and one on the ground the one on the airplane ticks slower.

  • The train experiment proves nothing! Of course light coming head on to you in the direction that you are moving is going to hit you before light that has to catch up to you from behind. DUH! It works the same way as someone riding a motorcycle 100 mph head on towards you and another motorcycle traveling 100mph trying to catch up to you from equal distances away at the time they started driving. It is exactly what is to be expected without any advanced studies.

  • WHAT EXACTLY DOES C SQUARED MEAN? HOW CAN YOU SQUARE A SPEED? What is186,000 miles per second squared? GIVE THE CORRECT ANSWER PLEASE!

  • @john17972

    c squared means c times c. Compare it with 4 square: 4 times 4 equals 16.

  • Surely if you throw an object straight up into the air from a moving platform, only gravity and wind direction will influence where it falls. Hence there's no way the juggler on the boat would be able to successfully juggle the pins using exactly the same motions as the one on the shore, unless he was inside the boat in a room with its own airflow.

  • Sorry about using the word graviton...it's just an easy way of bringing gravity into perspective. This non-sense about how light being a wave has gotta stop. Only reason it travels so fast is because of it's low weight. To date...gravity seems to be the only TRUE weightless property in the universe...then again...who knows...maybe that'll even turn out to be a solid...

  • It's the invisible interactions that are important...not the visible. Gravitons and neutrino's are the future...just as they were in the past. Time travel is absolutely not possible. Just accept that. Lightspeed is a manmade limit...not a universal one. An "instant" is the only true universal limit. One that is absolutely not possible in our universe. But I'm sure there's a speed somewhere out there pretty damn close to it...

  • It pleases me to know everyone commenting understands nearly all of this info as rubbish. Where the hell were we all when this nut was alive? I'm not a scientist. I simply use logic. Man will always place a limit to his knowledge. Einstein simply placed one within what others could see to gain notoriety. And people ate it up...nnever thinking about what keeps them from floating away, or how the moon always faces us.

  • I am very interested in this stuff, but i don't understand it worth a fuck lol

  • I wish i paid attention more in high school

    gosh...

  • A photon (if seen as EM-wave or particle doesn't matter) can not be observed while travelling. It can only be observed when it hits a sensor. There is no information about speed in this event. Only wavelength (energy). So the only way to get information about the speed of light in a particular medium is by using sector control. Like the one on highways. The direction and speed of the car between the start and endpoint of the measurements are unknown. Same applies to light :)

  • Einstein is a jewish guy that never invented anything beneficial for humanity, but came up with mind boggling theories that lead to terror, like Siegmund Freud did, with his theories about the human mind and emotions gone wrong, leading to all that misery and zombies with modern psychology, instead of helping the people, Karl Marx with the communist manifesto, which animated other jews like Trotzky, Lenin and Kaganovich to kill tens of millions of people under communist rule....

  • @whatthehell81 I'm going to throw this out there... maybe your retarded? Einstein -> Terror? Try better understanding of the universe and physics. Read a book.

  • Comment removed

  • @onemanlan Tesla prooved that you can go faster than light under certain circumstanced. But many of his works, are beeing hidden from the public, like his theory of gravity, free-energy and so on.

Why would the money-lenders, with their media and education, praise a man that invented nothing and came up with a garb which fascinates, dazzles and makes ignorant people blind to the underlying errors. But on the other hand keep quiet about the man that invented the modern world.

  • @whatthehell81 It would seem that you don't understand how the world or the field of science works. Hidden from the public = Peer reviewed data that's wrong or data that cannot be replicated. If some one could replicate that data and show the world they'd be a fucking Nobel prize winner. So where is that scientist? Oh right, it hasn't happened because you're full of crap. You're running wild with basic ideas that don't imply anymore than what they say on the face. Learn how to judge sources.

  • @whatthehell81 Just keep claiming bogus relationships between broad ideas that have no relation what so ever. Ie. heartless doctors and evil personal destroying people, yet doctors take a Hippocratic oath to treat people with respect and prevent people from dying. I don't know how those individuals destroy lives when its their career to do all but that. You're just spouting random ideas that sound like they go together, but have no real correlation between the two. Any jackoff can do that.

  • @whatthehell81 Please take the time to understand a subject before pontificating about it. Excuse me but your Freudian slip is showing.

  • @PsyberCelt My Freudian slip? Good one! Excuse me, but i saw people in "therapy", in "hospitals". It´s not about bringing up their spirits, helping them to evolve, but crush their will, generating fear of coming back their again and forcing people to work and have a mindset of an zombie. They live there like in prison, but are tortured every day with drugs and abusive workers and ill doctors. In communities without freud teachings beeing worshipped, people help each other THEMSELFES, without

  • @PsyberCelt the centralisation of mental health, which leads to misery. People are much more people and happy, without the evil doctrines of big brother. I come from a countryish community, know the people and saw how not so intelligent people are beeing treated and brought up in mind, spirit and emotions. I worked in an administration of an hospital and saw the heartless doctors, the evil personal and how people are destroyed. I read some of Freuds writings, it´s like the devil has written them

  • And this is why, Albert Eistein is my hero :)

  • sorry to say he is grate, but time does not exsist, remove man and you have no time

  • @kevinstuartfr0st not really. remove man and you can't measure time...but time still exists

  • @SwordMart lol so do mondays exsist ? do fridays exsist ? NO it is just a name, all we can show is that our way of recording time is infulenced by outside factors, put a watch near a magnet, time hasnt stoped,if we didnt have feet,do you think shoes and socks would still exsist ?

  • @kevinstuartfr0st

If you have no time then you have no space. Time would still exist.

  • @DesertRider94 lol that sounds like some thing from a comic book :) .lets get the subject on to some thing a bit more simple, this is to all,Youngs double slit experiment,if you remove the lens from the lazer the experiment fails,WHY ?

  • if anyone knows of any vidios of his theory of going the speed of light, hitching a ride on a light beam can you send me it.Thank you:)

  • Great job explaining! *****

  • @SabraTova i had to look at which one i had spoken on lol..well i think time doesnt exist. its an effect of particles at velocity or particles with mass or energy, each particle has its own gravity and when in motion the particle gains mass,or energy and the increase in electrostatic energy slows down the particle in the group otherwise called the atom. this slow down depending on velocity is what we call or percieve as time, and observing two places with different gravity have different time :)

  • The only reason Einstein couldn't get his head around time slowing down, because he didn't understand that particle interaction slows down at velocity which has a direct effect on the combined matter, or otherwise known as you, me, even the clock. All this could be described by one effect we all know of as Gravity. This is the missing link, they don't or cant understand what gravity really is, even though their equations are correct. Albert was right, but in a way he wasn't. Time doesn't exist.

  • @SASNIGHTCRAWLER you are really really really smart.

  • i just got mindfucked. . .

  • whoa..this is MIND BLOWING

  • Can someone please explain how in the train thought experiment, where the second observer on the train sees the lightening strike at different times: for me that would only make sense if he is travelling faster than the speed of light, because how could his frame of reference ie position change quicker than the light reaches the mirrors?

  • @anneyoumetube its cuz light has a speed limit and the one he is moving towards will be visible first since he is closer to it

  • the last scene where it shows the desk with all the papers and handwriting makes me sad because its so hard to unplug these days

  • It's just a game...the little stupid theory has never been good for anything...get into real estate sales, get money, travel the world and forget about that kind of rat "knowledge".

  • Beyond gravitation higher dimensional time is there. The four fundamental forces will unify in HT.Our team have developed new math(KAS) for it.

  • imperial system...what a joke.

  • THIS IS HARD!!!!!!! EINSTIEN MAKE A 7th GRADE VERSION!!!!

  • so if mass is energy and energy is mass? would that means that because the sun is emiting energy all the time in the form of light does it because of that become smaller?

does this mean that energy can be converted into mass just as mass can be converted into energy?

  • @imtonasty

Yes. Every second, the Sun converts 4.26 million tons of its own mass into pure energy. It's been doing that for 5 billion years and it will go another 5 billion years. All the billions of stars are doing the same, at slightly different rates and different start / end times.

Energy can be converted back into matter. For example, in a particle accelerator they can make high-energy gamma rays decay into an electron-positron pair. Mass from masslessness!

  • beyond gravtiy there is higher dimensional time .the four fundamental forces(gravity, electromagnetic, strong and weak) will unify in HT .

  • Beyond gravity there is higher dimensional time. The four fundamental forces will unify in HT.

  • @mosquitobight How do you know any of this is true?...you have been fed a lot of lies and you use them as absolute truth...You have proved only one thing to me: "The more you go to school, the more stupid you become".

  • @bvb7589 Look, time travel is crap, it cant happen, time is nothing on a perception or human measurement of speed, which may i add is the effect of

velocity on matter, which again may i add is nothing on energy that's non linear or in a straight line, now my theory isnt in mainstream physics, along with Alberts crap, your fucking the wrong leg m8, we are made of light or energy, same thing.

  • @bvb7589 When a particle moves through space, its energy or mass is increased and thus gravity, gravity is the effect of time, without gravity particles interact with each other far faster than with gravity, gravity is created by either matter at high speed or a collection of matter like a planet which will increase its mass or gravity by the overall momentum or velocity of the combined mass or matter, this effect is whats called gravity. which in return gives us time. Gravity=Time

  • @bvb7589 I dont give a crap what this lot are told, the equation is correct only the silly JEW didn't or couldn't understand the reality of what he had worked out and interpret it the way it should be. Its like teaching a chimp how to speak

  • @bvb7589 Gravity is nothing only than some electrostatic effect that when increased draws the particoes closer togther making a higher or denser matter effect...look the higher up you go the thinner the air, the lower the thicker the air, air is made of matter, so the less matter the less gravity. These fucking idiots need a degree to be able to explain how a chicken shits. matter@velocity creates gravity, which creates time or the glue that makes matter stick closer together for the thick cunts

  • @SASNIGHTCRAWLER gravity is everything being pushed down, nothing else. go out into space, there is no gravity and therefore pressure so if you go out without a suit on you will basically explode. you fucking monkey.

of course air is made out of matter, air is just gas particles. what the hell have you ever gone to school? this is basic 7th grade shit.

  • @imtonasty 7th grade you learn about cells, 8th grade you learn about the periodic table. lol

  • @imtonasty Remember: that stupid Theory was created by a rat jew!!....is only a theory... it remains a theory...it's just a stupid theory that appeals to the little minds of pseudo-intelligent time-waste bums.

  • @bvb7589 its not a theory you dumb bitch,

  • @imtonasty very nice, btw, the equation like i said is correct, but the reality of how it works is wrong, if you are so blind like the rest who think this equation can stop time, your as retarded as Albert who couldn't understand his own fucking writing

  • @SASNIGHTCRAWLER you fucking retard the equation e=mc2 has nothing to do with " time being stopped " omg your so stupid.

by the way stopping " time " is not what einstein ment. what einstein ment is that you will not be able to see anything happen around you if you go at the speed of light because light will not be able to reach you.

time do not exist you retard, time is a unit of measurement.

  • @imtonasty look,go and play with your fucking marbles,if you have any possible alternate theory, fine go ahead, dont quote me on what ive said we know is true and that ive explained to another, what does that prove?Oh imtonasy knows it all, give the gob shite a fucking medal.Ok fuck brain.lol Gravity is everything being pushed down ??? pushed down?are you sure?your a fucking idiot. Dont tell me its being pushed down by gravity pmsl..yeah, its being pulled down not pushed, dick,,explain Gravity

  • @imtonasty i cant believe people can be so fucking THICK LOL@no preasure in space so there is no gravity, what a fucking tit you are...look Einstein...Gravity is a result of matter, without matter Gravity wouldnt exist, the more Matter at Velocity, the more gravity you get, and gravity it nothing only an increase in mass due to the velocity of matter, and the pushing effect your on about is the fucking electrostatic kid of effect the particle generate with extra mass.called GRAVITY.

  • @imtonasty Time doesnt exist, like ive said a million times before, time is the slow down of particle interaction created by the added mass or energy creating the electrostatic or electromagnetic force on the particle to increase and hold atomic form in a denser kind of effect...like you. lol this effect or particle slow down created by gravity slows down the perception of time, even on a watch it slows down or speeds up, everything even you do, time is used to measure man cock at c2

  • @SASNIGHTCRAWLER wrong, time is the mesurment of when things happen and when things are about to happen.

so you dropped out of high school eh?

  • @imtonasty What the fuck are you talking about, light isnt that at all, its the creation of every particle in your crazy head. Gravity is governed by light or energy, or the amount a particle has, the more energy, the more gravity it creates or the slower the time. But again time is nothing only the perception of reality, without this effect, reality wouldnt exist.

  • @imtonasty Not realy lol but why would one need a high school idiot to teach a fucking genius, crap thats not realy logical, fine some things are right, the rest is fucking barmy, go and watch the news and learn fuck all, the same fuck all they teach you in your school.

  • @imtonasty give me your theory if you have one of how matter is created, and then when you have this theory, come back to me and i will discuss it, and i will tell you what i know, and how i know it, then you will understand that the overall theory is half right, but then understand what they dont know fuck all about, and they dont, they dont know what gravity or matter is, so how can one theorise anything when you dont know what anything is made of, they describe the car by the paintwork

  • @SASNIGHTCRAWLER e=mc2 basically explains it all and the proof of it is the atomic and hydrogen bomb. and atom is totally aniliated and releases all the energy that was used to create it.

so all matter is made from energy and energy can be extracted from matter.

  • @imtonasty Well the Hydrogen atom is made with one Proton and one electron particle, I calculated that xrays are produced from protons, or their quarks, and electrons are made from Gamma and release Gamma rays on annihilation. You may find when they are a none linear energy wave, or torus ring, surrounding a sub atomic black hole, this event horizon around the hole, creates the mas and gravity needed to give the particle solidity. The matter i think is created by or in the sun ...

  • @imtonasty High energy waves cross over at and at the point of contact the energy could be high enough to burn through space time so to speak, and generate the sub atomic black hole needed to form the particle, the high energy frequency wave surrounds this hole and as the electron does it passes over energy to other electrons until it reduces energy to about 100 KeV like the huge black hole polar jets, when they increase in energy they release their excess

  • @imtonasty Or just blows out excess energy in the form of radioactive decay etc until it levels off...im not too sure they have found the size of the electron yet, due to it being all over the place, but i would bet a weeks wages that it is in line with gamma wave length, the same with the proton, it should be in line with the xray wave length or size too and we do know that xrays and gamma rays come from anti-particle annihilation and hydrogen bombs. Even the direction of EMF interaction could..

  • @imtonasty Contd...the direction of interaction of the 2 linear waves could also determine the direction of spin of the particle making it the anti-particle, and when these two oposite spinning rings of energy touch they simply annihilate. So this energy ring alone would again create its own mass and thus gravity, just like a huge black hole. because we all know energy can create gravity too, so when they say matter waves like energy, they are right, it does, because thats what it is

  • The speed of light is 186,000 miles per second? Blasphemy!

  • what?

  • I just don't understand one thing. What does time have to do with the lightnings? What does time have to do with the beams of light? The person inside the train sees one lightning before the other simply because he gets closer to that lightning, thus, the light reaches him sooner. Where exactly is my reasoning wrong, here?

  • @magichristo "I just don't understand one thing..."

I can understand your confusion. I don't this video is clear.

I think a better example which more clearly demonstrates time dilation is to have a clock with a photon bouncing up and down between two mirrors. There are a number of videos based on this idea on YouTube and a quick search should find you a few.

  • @mandolinic I can't seem to find any of those.

  • @mandolinic Ah! I found the videos. But I'm still rather confused. In those videos, it is assumed that every time the light beam hits a mirror, a second passes. But why would that be true? I just don't understand what the light beam has to do with anything! It is obvious that the light beam will hit the mirrors slower, since it has a longer way to pass, but how the hell does that mean that time goes slower? It just means that the light beam takes more time to get to each mirror.

  • @magichristo You're almost there! Imagine there are two observers watching the clock. Observer A is stopped next to the clock and watches it tick normally. Observer B is moving very fast past the clock, so the photon takes a longer path. B also sees that the photon moves at speed c but follows a longer track, therefore B sees the clock tick more slowly.

Does this mean time has been dilated? Let's take it one stage further.

  • @magichristo (continued). Suppose there's a conventional clock right next to the photon clock and keeping time with it. This clock can use any technology, such as a pendulum. As far as A is concerned, the two clocks remain in sync all the time So what does B see?

B will also see that the two clocks remain in sync, but since the photon clock is ticking more slowly, so the other clock must also be ticking more slowly... (more)

  • @magichristo (cont again). Suppose we give A a third clock, this time linked to A's heart beat. Provided A doesn't get too excited, the third clock will remain in sync with the other two. What will B see?

B will see ALL three clocks always in sync, and always ticking more slowly. Since the third clock is linked to the other person's heart rate, we must conclude that A's metabolism has slowed down too.

  • @magichristo Final bit. Keep giving A more clocks, each one linked to different natural processes. As far as B is concerned, ALL these clocks appear in sync and slowed down by the same amount.

Summary. When B moves at speed past A and looks at all the different clocks, they're ALL slowed down by the same amount. Inescapable conclusion: B concludes that A's time is running more slowly. That's time dilation!

    Whew!

  • @mandolinic Thank you so much! I've got the concept, but just a few things:

1.- Has this theory been tested in the real world?

2.- I still don't understand why observer B will see the conventional clock ticking slower, how can that be explained? How is it that if the clock is in motion relative to the observer, it ticks slower?

  • @magichristo "1.- Has this theory been tested in the real world?" Many times, such as particle accelerators, and also in the satellites which give us the GPS system.

  • @magichristo "2.- ..". The clocks are side by side, with their dials placed so that both A and B can clearly see them. Observer A clearly sees all the dials show the same time and the clocks are in therefore in sync.

B looks at them as they go past... at this point he can see all the dials clearly and can compare them with each other.

Does B see all the dials showing the same time, or do different dials show different times? Think about it.... Let me know what you decide.

  • @mandolinic I know they will be in sync to observer B too, but I still don't understand why they slow down.

  • @magichristo Go back to the videos showing the photon bouncing clock. When this clock is moving relative to B, then B sees the photon moving at the speed of light, but on a longer diagonal track. This means that it ticks more slowly. Of course, the remaining clocks stay in sync with it, hence they tick more slowly too. These clocks can be linked to any cyclic physical (or metabolic) process, hence these processes must have slowed down too. (more)

  • @magichristo So from B's point of view: any clock linked to any physical process keeps in sync with the photon clock, and the photon clock is slowed down. The best (only?) conclusion we can make is that from B's point of view, A's time has slowed down.

Don't worry if you find this outrageous. It takes a LOT of getting used to the idea. It's part of Einstein's genius that he could think these thoughts without immediately rejecting them as impossible.

  • @mandolinic Ah AH! FInnaly I got it. Thank you again for helping me. By the way, has this been explained, I mean, how and why this happens?

Also, does this mean that observer A is further back in time than observer B? That's really freaky. Damnit, does this mean... wait... holy shit. Time is fucked up.
