Its pretty funny though. Cause now we are in 1.1 you can defeat the eye of Cthulu in around 30secs with weapons like the clockwork assault riffle. But it is a good idea.

i wish there werer multiple dart traps, like sharp dart traps, were it hurts a lot, but doesnt have any affects exacpt for damage. a fire dart trap, were it hurt a lot, causes fire, but the dart doesnt go that far because it burns up, a cursed flame dart trap, were it also doesnt go that far, but can go underwater, causes cursed inferno, and hurts more. the crystal dart trap were it does the same as a normal spike one, but it will shatter when it hist something and will hurt more.

@Rezuvious find a dart trap in the dungeon or underground and dig it away. find the mechanic and buy wires, lever/switch/pressure plate and a wrench. use the wrench to place wire from the switch/lever/pressure plate to the dart trap. right click the lever/switch or stand on the pressure plate and the dart trap fires. If you simply meant how to CRAFT, then the answer is: you gotta find them, you cant craft them

@Bahamut347 Wear both. The angel wings's flying length (timewise) is alot higher than the spectre boots. However, if you wear both, you can run super fast, AND get more time length. Think of it as the bigger brother of the spectre boots, just like minishark and megashark. :P

When you wear the boots they allow for the wings to do 12 flaps, which allow for more than twice the flight time. Without the boots you get only 5 flaps. I'd suggest using both.
