A VOYAKILOID is a vocaloid, but they were created for the purpose of being a failure. Haku Yowane for example was created to be a failure of Miku. Azumii Conaka was created to be a failure of Azumii Canaka... And so on.

Vocaloids and UTAUloids are different because UTAU is a program that is based off of the Vocaloid program, only it's freeware and less advanced. It also allows you to create you're own Vocaloid. However Vocaloids made in UTAU have earned the nickname UTAUloids. :]

Un! Yeah, UTAU is just like the Vocaloid system except it give you the ability to import your own sound clips, thus creating your own personal Utauloid. xD

Teto was an Apil Fools joke posed as the newest Vocaloid (Luka) before she was released. Technically Dofoko is the first Utauloid since she comes with the program (I think -_-; Don't quote me on that) but Teto gets all the credit because she was the most widespread of them all.  :/
