Well first the two guys stabbed the skinny guy to eat him. Then the driver turned into a zombie because he had been bitten beforehand. The remaining guy, cut off the drivers head, but didn't eat him.

Because they poured all of the gasoline through the hole, but since they drilled in the wrong spot all the gasoline went into the sewer. So when he lit his lighter, it caused an explosion from the gases.
