there is no ç ã on the english grammar.. if you said in the correct native way it wouldnt be of any help to the people who talk english and are trying to learn how to say it, since they wouldnt be able to make the sounds.

It's more like Kuu-raa-saw or Kuh-raa-sao (though that's not QUITE it. That's about the best I can think of for english speakers)

Two problems:
It's /ˈkʊərəsaʊ/, i.e. it ends like "how" and "now", not like "show".
And you misspelt it, it's actually "Curaçao". If that second C didn't have a cedilla, it would sound like a K!
