also he needs to run with his back more upright... get his knees higher in running ( making his knee drive in the jumping stage) and also pump his arms alot more then having them by his side.. with some good coaching could be a star

having done plenty of long jumps myself over the years thats not too shabby for a seven year old, I've seen some middle and high school kids who could barely jump 10 ft xD

Ok sorry lol did finish video! I would think 3.15m is amazing for a boy his age. I know when I was 11 (nearly 12) I jumped 5.25m in training (4.91m in competition), but he will surelly beat that mark by then. Well done to him, keep it up!
