As a call center employee I have to tell you that there are only so many people working at the center at once and it's like waiting in line: if all representatives are busy then you have to wait. And did you ever stop to think that maybe the reason it takes so long for someone to finally help you is because of some of the difficult people who just go 'wah wah wah blah blah blah whine whine whine" on and on without giving a chance to be helped?
