New rollers on last phase of the Red run. Cannock 2010

I went this weekend and ended up doing the monkey trial twice follow by the dog trial after we got lost. I could hardly walk after.

when I went last month there was a family riding round and the bloke had one of those bikes with a third wheel attached at the back with a 4 yr old riding it! it will be grannies with their electric wheel chairs next! lol

i went last sunday and noticed people riding the trail with their dog following them trying to keep up

I went today, those rollers are epic fun, although I fell @37 seconds when I dropped my front wheel too close to the edge and the sand berm collapsed. I love the sign that says slow that everyone ignores.

follow the dog is a better ride than the monkey trail, unless you like riding up long steep hills
