If you study sewdens history you will find that it too once had a christian heritage.
Even though most of the people proffess to be athiests.The countrey itself still operates on Christian principles.

What are these Christian principles and why should Christianity take credit for them? Are you saying to only take what Jesus taught from the bible? Ignore the rest? When did the idea of hell get introduced? Can I consider that to be a teaching of Christ? Loving your neighbor as yourself is one of many impossible demands made. What better way to control the sheep than to keep them constantly striving for the unattainable and consequently always feeling like sinners.

Its hard to give evidence when you only have a limited amount of space.
But if you search British history you will find that MOST good causes established in U.K originated from Christians for example Barnados,Shaftsbury project,education,hospitals,orphanages etc..
When you take a look at islamic nations you will not find that level of care and compassion.
Yes Christianity does warn of consequences to sin.Love and truth go hand in hand.
BUT it is ALWAYS stressed that it is ones free choice.

That's excellent, Im glad to see this video on YouTube. I'd been wondering about all the Stephen "bird shit" Green stuff. This guy is a real piece of work. I'm an employee of a small family run Welsh press called Cinnamon Press which recently published a book by patrick jones called 'darkness is where the stars are'. At least Stephen Green is not threatning to bomb Britain and calling for us all to be beheaded.
All the guy is fighting for is Britain's Christian Heritage to be restored.

You have to admit that alot of what Mary Whitehouse predicted has come to pass.
For example just one warning she gave was that if the tv stations continued to broadcast sex and violence to a high degree we would reap devestation in the next generation.
You only have to look around in society today to see that her warnings have come to pass.
We have statisticly the highest teenage pregnancy in Europe and violence is obviously on the increase as never before.

You're painting this country a lot blacker than it really is. The mass media has made people believe that our society is broken and people are stabbing each other wantonly in the streets because of the widespread coverage of incidents that are not representative of society as a whole. There is still no other country in the world I would rather live in. Honestly, the society of the 60's and 70's - when Whitehouse was most active - was worse than the one we have now in many respects.

This is evidence in itself.
For example We have more children taken into care than ever before.
We have more broken homes and there is less respect for the elderly.
You just have to look around in society in general to see that things have got worse.
I think sometimes people want to hide their heads in the sand.

You will find the goverment statistics to show that England has declined tremendously since the 1900s.
There is more crime than EVER before and the prisons are overflowing.
That in itself should give some indication that Britain has infact not changed for the better but is actualy at its worst.
