I've been a distance runner since 1968. My knees are all messed up, but I still manage my ten miles. I don't whine to my wife about the pain the next morning, as she's sick of hearing.about it. I love running as I love my life. But if I had to listen to this shit on a run, I'd find a piece of rope and hang myself.

If you want some music that will inspire you while you run listen to the playlist on my channel. I designed it for running although I never state this on the playlist. Not to insult your horrible taste in music but if you like this garbage then you'll love my marathon mix. If I was listening to this while running a 15K I would vomit after the first mile.

If you want to run faster don't listen to slow music, songs that are 160bpm or more will help you increase the pace. I've been listening to Drum & Bass for years it's fast energetic music and I notice if I listen to it while running it gets me moving faster. If you're looking for some new music to listen to try it out. (The music in this video is Trance btw) Just do a search for dnb, some of my favorite all time artists are: Break, Spectrasoul, Noisia, Teebee, Commix, Fanu to name just a few
