@PrEgNaNtFiSh4 While I don't recommend the experimental or acrobatic exercises for first timers (unless you have a solid gymnast background), pretty much anyone can do these exercises. Some may find certain parts more challenging (like the pullups or handstand pushups) but having a spotter helps provide a great way to build up to them.
As for the box jumps, the box itself was slightly under 4 feet high.
@SuperCODPlayers1000 Sure man. Some of these exercises maybe a bit challenging if you are younger but kid gymnasts train like this all the time. Unlike weight training you dont really have to worry about stunting your growth or fusing growth plates together. The earlier you start the better man. Good luck! :)
