@Pretztailfan95 I am not trying to fool you. I am not one of those fans, I can easily handle the topic that a book might be better than warriors, thank you very much. When you assume, you make an ass out of you and me.
@Heathertail1011 The only one who's being made a fool out of is you for even making that post in the first place. It doesn't sound like constructive criticism. Remember, this movie was made in 1987. And it's an adaptation of a book. This is meant for kids too. You might want to think about who the audience actually is. If you had watched the first part, you would've gotten it.
And see, you're assuming that I was assuming anyways. Next time, try to say something else than insulting the cartoon.
@Pretztailfan95 Say what you want, I don't care. I should have considered that it was an old cartoon, but I don't care who the intended audience was. Its clear from the book that anything that is based off this should never be intended for kids. Everything about the book should be forbidden in a kids cartoon. True, they could edit all the bad content out, but then what would be left? A story about wild cats with huge, bruising compromises. The wild, violent scenes is what made it a classic.
Wow, it's Ratha! Those books were fabulous...I had heard rumors that they were once animated, but I never thought I'd get the chance to see it. I have to say, I quite like your books more--I love them with a passion, in fact. The animation is good, though cut short. I wish they had developed Bonechewer a little bit more...and correctly, for that matter. Ah well.
So Ratha's Courage is out now? I'll have to go buy it...how exciting!
Probably the one named 'irulealot379'. *shakes head*
The books were a fantastic read (which I'd bet he's never read), and this cartoon isn't bad, except for the fact that it was made in the early 80's and it shows. The only thing that keeps most cartoons of that era close to our hearts is that we watched it while growing up...
Of course, I think irulealot179 is probably about 14 or so, and has little appreciation for 'classic' cartoons...

I remember this, it aired on "Storybreak" back in the 80's, a Saturday morning cartoon featuring books to get kids 'into reading'.

This is awful! It's like a cross between Lion King and some bad kid movie! This is just.. terrible!
