@frednoname1 I'm fully aware that health care reform doesn't mean people are going to get health care, it just means that many people who had no access to health insurance will now have it, and health insurance companies are no longer allowed to screw little kids over. I have lived both systems (born in New Zealand) and trust me, you would never be happy with that system unless you were born into it. It will take a different solution for the usa. But thats not a hit on the usa, kiwis would hate this system as well. Its a cultural thing.

I hate hate hate the way our system works & I hate having to deal with private insurance companies because all they want to do is drop you. Every time I'm between semesters in college I have to keep my fingers crossed that nothing bad will happen to me because they drop me. & the same goes for pretty much any college kids who are lucky enough to have not been dropped from their parents insurance when they turned 19.
