this fight is kinda easy, he doesnt really have any powerful attacks, hes just annoying with the sleep spell...was a bit disappointed. i thought the nue was harder, even.

I know, heal the boss with Ryu's Heal magic, that would really burn his ghost biscuits! Plus, it isn't that cheap. The silver knife however I do agree with you that it's overpowered for the mansion but imagine a person having so much trouble in mcniel's place that they need something like the SIlver Knife.

This boss isn't too tough, but that astral warp gave me a run for my money back in the day.

Soon after this business is wrapped up I let Ryu apprentice to Bunyan when Bunyan becomes available. Ryu still at level one I have him gain a couple levels before departing and heading east. and Teepo being that he's likely at level 9 by now, I have him learn all Mygas's spells since I had earlier placed him under Mygas at level 1.

i didnt say you didnt have any sense and i am not blaming you...i'm blaming capcom...i dont know maybe its a translation error when the game was localized in the english speaking countries because the songs name doesnt belong at all...and it sort of annoys me because its such a stupid mistake that they probably overlooked out of laziness or something...

lmao, there is a party formation that makes one of ur guys do a lot more damage. so i was using that and somehow killed the boss in about 4 hits :O.

well, it is possible, i red some guides how to kill those 2 horses before u will have to travel alone. All the thing is healing herb etc, a work for a hour or 2.

It takes alot time, but it works.

But i dont know if it breaks the storyline because you have to meet Teepo somewhere in the end,

No, it's impossible. Even with a gameshark, it was still impossible. Someone finally used one of those Hex editors and looked into the stats of the Horses for the first battle, and found that they have no HP for you to drain. They aren't even counted as enemies.

Impossible, Balio and Sunder the Horse Duo cannot be stopped, they don't even have HP in the battle, however, it's fun to try surviving long enough to get away with something.

I used a gameshark to level 99 all party memebers, have infinite multivitamins, power food everyone to 999 attack and after charging for hours, they wouldn't be defeated. Imagine doing a million damage over that amount of time, it just doesn't compute, considering the story is LINEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heres a fun trick. Use a multivitamin on Balio and Sunder. HP up by one. Do an attack that takes off 1HP, nothing. The game would be so much more different without Balio and Sunder winning though.
