If you work in an enviornment that allows this type of behavior to occure and does't punish it, then surely they won't do a damned thing if you decide to slash that fucker's tires or punch him if the face the next time he spits in your food . Si, bullying happens in workplace every day by 'adults'
But only in packs. Bully in workplace coward unless others follow. Such ignorance and darkness they live in.
