That is a FAST touch and go! The nose was already u[p before the engines finished spooling up. Wasn't a Lackland bird, not if this is a 2009 video. Depot level Maint is no longer done at Kelly Field, it is at Robbins AFB now.
I used to LIVE to watch the C-5 touch and go in Midland when I was a kid. I used to get special access out there at MAF because my brothers worked out there. I got to get into planes, ride on the tug, etc. It was a blast. I miss those days
