nice 'HOUSE' tune picked up by the 'GARAGE' scene, lol. In interviews Armand Van Helden says he hates the UK garage scene. That's not to say i hate garage just an interesting fact that armand van helden originally wanted to make house with a drum and bass feel e.g. CJ Bolland – Sugar Is Sweeter (Armand Van Helden's Drum 'n' Bass mix) and pretty much a lot of his tunes got picked up by the scene.
Dj's play the song at what ever speed the previous tune was lol. In the early stages of the garage scene, tunes were at a slightly slower tempo like house. As the scene progressed, garage got a little faster & faster. Most garage sets consistence of tunes a bit further on in the scene so when this is tune is mixed in with them, it has to be played allot faster than it's original intended speed =D
Defo the best mix of this track - I've got the original pressing on Nervous Recs. Remember rocking to this in Klub Koo in Leicester Square circa '94! Happy days
I usually post songs at their default speed, so that the listener hears it as it was recorded. I made an exception once out of personal preference, but other than that, how I post it is how it's supposed to sound :)
@LeeAmes - this is clearly stated as recorded from the cd so the speed is fairly uploaded. I do however agree its a better track up at a higher pitch . I have uploaded it , check mine out :)
Will people just fuck off with the speeding it up to +17. Grow the fuck up.
