While I question the legitimacy of the ICC, the only possible harm could accrue from the indictment is that Sudan might become more unstable and maybe aid groups might be harmed. This is becoming a non-issue now since Al Bashir just expelled all the aid workers out of his country! When is this madness going to stop? How does anyone support that genocidal madman? First of all, my leader is not George Bush, I'm Canadian. Even if I were American it means in no way that I support the mass murder that was the war in Iraq.

I agree fully that justice should apply to everyone. In what other way do you expect that to happen than by actually trying people? If someone tried Bush for war crimes, would it be acceptable for someone to say, "why try Bush and not Omar Al Bashir"?

Seriously, over 300,000 innocent lives have been slaugtered in Darfur. All because a small portion of the population in the south want their independence, Omar al-Bashir and the government-funded Janjaweed milita wage a genocide on the non-Arabic population in Darfur. This is horrible! By the time they can vote for independence in 2011, there's not going to be anyone left to vote. They're trying to exterminate them! God bless ICC! Take down al-Bashir and his government-supported Janjaweed !
