try dropping a jet size and dropping your needle clip down 1 clip

@bansheeboy1224 I was actually using the wrong needle all together. I was new to jetting at this point and was using a needle made for a dual carb setup instead of a needle for the single setup. Also race fuel would have helped with 180psi
