This song simply rocks, imagine it will in 20 more years too. Wish we would hear less 'hits' on their tour setlist and more artistic gems like this...also on my wish list would be: Bloc Bloc Bloc, 88 Sec, The Dead Girls, Flame of Hope, Lights are going out, We love you...sure I'm forgetting others.... Cheers from Washington DC!
Really surprised me at first, as I didn't know Crush (must be the one album they did I've never listened to), but definitely a great song. Great video, too, it's real fun to see them doing the recording :)
Very 80's "Goth" sounding. Crush was a very good but very Bi-Polar album. Meaning mood and musical styles were all over the map on this album. I always loved the segue from 88 seconds into this song when I was a young goth/punk/waver kid back in the 80's.
hola que tal excelente video me podrias decir donde lo consigo Crush es uno de mis albums favoritos de OMD y me gusta todo lo que tienes que ver con ese album las rolas el arte del album es sensacional

As a partisan to Dazzle Ships and other less accessible OMD material, I only really appreciated two songs off of this album...
88 Seconds, for its meaning, and Native Daughters for its sound & progression.

Great song, it just doesn't sound like your typical new wave song ;), there's just an air about it...
