If a company (like rare was to nintendo) try to do an M game, they will accept it. They accepted Madworld, saying that wii is for all audiences including adults (Or something like that)

Well, that's probably why Nintendo is the best, they keep doing what make them great, not just do violence and mature games. Sega tried to aim for a teenager audience with sonic '06 and, well, things didn't go as planned.

Maybe rare should buy themselves, so they can do whatever they want.

Good idea, but I don't think that would work. Sony has a dedicated audience, but they're different than Nintendo's audience. The only appreciative forum Rare ever had was with Nintendo. I do think Sony would have a better run with Rare than Microsoft did, though. Platform games have zero audience on the Xbox.
