  • Does anyone know what the name of the song at the end of every campaign when you won?

  • What I Heard--

    wo-wuwuwu-wo-wuwuwuwuwuwu-wowowowo wuwuwuwu-wuwowuwowuwuwo-o-o wo-o-o-wou wowowow wuwuwuwu wo

  • kinda creepy thumbs if u agree :D

  • Left 4 Dead 1, a game of survival, sticking together and horror. Dark Maps where getting lost isn't hard and the horrors of being away from teammates.

I don't hate L4D2 in fact, its a very entertaining zombie killing game, but it just isn't related in the same way. When the only thoughts you have is running through zombies only to see who survives their trip to the saferoom. And also a bit less realistic at that. like the whole defibrillator thing was, yes, a life savor (literally) but really

  • where can i go to download this

  • Notes: 131 like - 0 dislike

    Im happy!!! <(^^,<)

  • @rb45ful Idiot, thanks to you there's now a dislike

  • @TheBL00DAssassin no problem

  • @rb45ful HA you aren't the top comment anymore thanks to me!

  • I like this.

  • I love creepy music!

  • 124 people stayed in the saferoom... if there were any dislikes i would have said "x people have left the saferoom"

  • ....

    What i heard was

"wou wou wou wou wo-wou wou wo-wou wou wou wo-wou wo wou"

  • @Benzeres9 teh "wou wou wou" iz teh best part! :D

    ROTFL

  • Left 4 dead is like this

    >:0

left 4 dead 2 is like this

    :3

  • L4D2 should have just been L4D1 with added weapons and new infected, and new DARK maps, not freaken sunshine in most of them.... Besides I loved this leaving music from the safe room, it was a fun time....ahhh

  • @ppipod its not permanent night-time in an apocalypse ya`know...

  • So tempted to dislike... but need to like!

  • Thankgewdness that there is no dislikes in this video!

  • Can you plz put a DL link to this song?

  • @dubstepshogun download VDownloader......converts youtube vids into mp3 formats and others

  • This is my fav song. I'd love to see this in Dubstep!

  • I like how in this game, instead of that fictional Hollywood nonsense, there are more realistic zombies: People infected by a virus that has become an epidemic, if not pandemic that have been drastically altered, physically and mentally with psychological disorders of extreme aggression, stupidity, and other problems. Long complicated explanation turned short: It's better than most zombie games.

  • @AMOKfaction if you download the game you can look through its program files to find all the soundtracks.

That or he just downloaded them off the internet

  • yreally l4d in real? grab guns and supplies and prepare for blood

  • Comment removed

  • where did you get this btw?

  • @AMOKfaction just look through the game's files on your pc and you'll find them in the music folder

  • @Danthepest1 yeah i have it on the 360

  • Why oh why did they have to remake this music with friggin' banjos for L4D2? To me, L4D2 is an action game since that's how it's presented. The original L4D at least had that creepy "end of the world" vibe to it that the sequel just doesn't have.

  • @Danthepest1 yeah especially the left for death theme. the L4D version actually makes you feel sorry for the character that has been mauled to death by dozens of infected

  • @Danthepest1 True. but.......I do like L4D2.

  • @Danthepest1

You just summed up why I prefer L4D in a paragraph.

  • @Danthepest1 They're in the South.

I thought it was nice since it didn't involve a cheesy Southern tune.

  • @rex22neo the banjos ruined any and all suspense and sense of dread the original compositions had.

  • @Danthepest1 Can you point out where? I'm curious to see if it is tacky.

    watch?v=gR-o45amSik&feature=related

  • @rex22neo That's not the saferoom music. That's the music that plays at the beginning of the campaigns. The saferoom music is different.

This is the one I'm talking about:

    watch?v=uaXr7KlFPF0&feature=related

  • @Danthepest1 I do see your point, but I believe the music is supposed to convey a sense of protection as mentioned in the developer commentary. Not a calm tune, but something that you'll remember as soon as you leave and you know you're not safe. I appreciated it when playing SP and just reading the wall scribbles.

  • @Danthepest1 Well the L4D tune goes great for the Northern Tune since it takes place in the Appalachian Mts.

and the L4D2 tune goes good for the Southern Tune since it takes place in Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

  • @Danthepest1 fuck off it sure to shit have it the ambience of the end of the world the difficulty hell it's even better than the first one .

  • @redwOw3113 Learn how to type a proper sentence and then I'll consider what you're saying to me.

  • @Danthepest1 learn to troll and then i will take you seriously :).

  • @redwOw3113 So lemme get this straight, because I think L4D2 has a different atmosphere than the first game, all of a sudden I'm a troll? Great logic there, buddy.

  • @Danthepest1 nope :D actually if you were so darn smart you would have understood what i said but hey you can't teach someone dumb to become smart :) buy yourself some brains then we will talk :).

  • @redwOw3113 What can I say? Can't understand something that doesn't make sense in the first place. You come bitching at me because I think the atmosphere is different between the games and now I'm the dumb troll. Please. Learn how to type and make sense. And yeah, throwing insults left and right doesn't make you smart.

  • @Danthepest1 nah cuz what i think is dat tis wriiting is very understable but what's not is that you keep bitching and crying :D well get yourself some trolling skills cuz it ain't working bro :).

  • @redwOw3113 Oh, its understandable, sure, but that doesn't change the fact that you type like a retarded 2 year old, making me value your opinion much less.

  • @Danthepest1 hmmm maybe yes maybe no ? but that sure won't change the way you react and that's for like a 3 year old retardo and if you think about it very well maybe you should just shut the fuck up now and maybe i writez like dat in purpose ? use your head [ all tho not sure you have one lol .]

  • @redwOw3113 If you like typing like a retarded 2 year old, that's fine, but don't expect people to take you seriously. Again, you came bitching at me, not the other way around.

  • @Danthepest1 well i wondeer what ur doing right nao ? you are taking me seriously all what i said was saying what i think [ LIBERTY OF SPEECH RULES ] and i'm kinda of tired of clicking to see stupid comments lol so i'm jsut gonna click on your name and block u :D it was nice talking to you kid and by the way spend some time earning or suck dicks to buy yourself some trolling skills :).

  • @redwOw3113 Suck dicks to by yourself some trolling skills? Ha! Pathetic. You are pathetic. Just because you block him doesn't mean I can't speak up.

  • @ToxicAngelification it's buy not by :) and well i just have to block you now you know something ? i hate emo girls/guys they are just patethic and they go every where saying i don't care about what you think about me bla bla bla if you don't care then why are you answering me when i flame you ? just get a life please don't go whining around justbecause you get bullied and fucked every day at school and nao you are blocked :3 KTHXBAI.

  • @redwOw3113 Oh yeah, I'm definitely blocked.

  • @Danthepest1 Because L4D2 is set down in the south, so the music reflects the environment. Plus, if they didn't, then people just complain about them using the same thing and not doing anything different. Besides, L4D2 totally owns L4D.

  • @MikeAM78 What, with ridiculous designs like the Jockey and the Spitter and overly annoying characters like Ellis, Coach and Rochelle? Gameplay wise, its more of a glitchfest than L4D.

  • @Danthepest1 Well since L4D2 takes place in the South,Valve felt the music would fit the theme of being down in the south part of the U.S.

  • @xxJorgexxOconxx You replied to a comment made 6 months ago.

  • @Conary1 Tell him why will that affect anything?

  • @Danthepest1 I can't tell if you're either a troll or just retarded.. or both.

  • @ruskiytank5 So I'm retarded and a troll because I think L4D2 isn't as good as L4D1? Great logic.

  • @Danthepest1 Yes. Perfect logic. why? Because you clearly dont understand that L4D2 has a completely different environment. Its takes place in the south and therefore it has banjo music. i cant believe you actually think that L4D2 should have the same music as L4D1.... The music is ment to fit the environment of the game perfectly! and both games have the music that suits them.

also L4D2 has everything that L4D1 doesnt have. and that is why i prefer L4D2.

Got anything intelligent to say now??

  • @ruskiytank5 You're seriously telling me that because its set in the south, NOTHING could fit the game better than banjo music? Not everyone in the south listens to banjo music. The only thing the L4D2 music does is take away any amount of seriousness from the game.

I agree, L4D2 has everything L4D1 doesn't have. Shitty animation, bad character models, glitches up the ass, characters who make jokes every 5 seconds, retarded SI designs, bad music and no amount of creepiness what so ever.

  • @Danthepest1 Wow dude... i just ...dont know what to say...

Words just cannot express the epic levels of retardenss of your comment, i dont think you have ANY clue of what you've just said.

L4D2 is NOT supposed to be creepy

animations are better then l4d1's in every aspect

i have no idea what glitches you're talking about man.. really

the characters are awesome and are SUPPOSED to be funny

But u have already proven to me that you're a total moron. actually, you have proven to me more then enough

  • @ruskiytank5 So you're telling me that characters lacking pistol reloading animations and animation showing where they're aiming their guns (both when they're incapped), characters standing like they're holding in diarrhea, Coach holding his pistols in an retarded way is an improvement over L4D1's animations? Just type in L4D2 glitches and you'll find a mother load. Among them is whenever someone swings an axe, Coach will grunt. Every single time. Also there's Tanks getting stuck when they spawn

  • @ruskiytank5 Also, there's a difference between actually being a funny character and just spouting jokes none stop. Especially since they still try to make it seems as if its the end of the world and yet the characters are mostly just "HELL YEAH! Zombies! Let's kick some ass!" It wouldn't be such an issue if L4D was meant to be a parody or simply and action game to begin with. Which it wasn't.

  • @Danthepest1 maybe its bcuz L4D2 takes place in the countryside and L4D takes place in the city

Im just guessing cuz Im not so sure =\

  • Give me the original campaign with added melee weapons, new special infected and new zombie horde, or give me zombie infested death.

  • @superrezekiel if by "original campaign" you mean no mercy, than your wish has already been granted, and you need to play more L4D2

  • I love this song

  • man... this brings back memories...

  • @TheJaynator Why? now they added this campaign to L4D2.

  • @123454321beytirhe123 yeah but i dont play l4d anymore or l4d2 so this music brings up the memories, of me and my friends doing expert sitting in the safe room just before the final and planning tactics. GREAT time, i miss it sometimes when i see l4d videos on youtube or hear the soundtracks....

  • @123454321beytirhe123 and do you know how much this game means to me? because of this game i met a friend over xbox live and then he some day invited a girl over when i was visiting him. And i fell in love with her, and now shes my girlfriend... so yeah brings back memories when i first played with my friend in this game on expert... wonderful time in the middle of the summervacation.

  • @TheJaynator sorry man the message wasn't ment to be mean.

  • @123454321beytirhe123 its okay dude, just saying why this game meant so much to me... hope you understand :)

  • @TheJaynator i do, thanks

  • This music is the BEST!

In the second game, they use the same music only with other instruments :P

  • Francis: I hate didgeridoos

  • this music is freaky in the game vavle did well with the atmostphere /music gives you a feeling of dred and despair plus the music reminds me of a virvus mutplying and infecting the human body

  • Blood Harvest has the scariest tune of them all. The little chiming of the piano and the dark, dreary setting easily makes it the scariest campaign of the entire series. The first time I played BH, I was scared shitless because it was so dark and you couldn't see the zombies because of the trees. It's also the hardest campaign on L4D1 in my opinion because of the level's designs (i.e. crop field, dark woods, small farmhouse...)

  • @TheDesipoo. In my opinion there is nothing scary in any campaign, but never mind, for each his own. I have to agree with you that blood harvest is the most difficult. Every time you get boomed in the middle of forest, damn, you get raped.

  • @TheDesipoo actually, getting to the finale is the hardest. Once there, do not stay in the farmhouse! Go into the barn and hole-up there. My plan always was, grab assault rifle, heal up/find the pills, start horde and rush upstairs in the barn. There's an ammo stash, sometimes traps pistols and pills. And there's only 2 entrances and they're easy to shoot from the corner, and you can cover from 1 easily. Also those rafters help hide from tanks. Kthxbai protips by: Ifreat

  • @TheDesipoo actually i feel that no mercy was the hardest, no open spaces to run away from tanks its all tight corridors and the finale is just a mind fuck of places where you can get attacked from multiple fronts no matter where you set up your defense

  • @TheDesipoo so true

  • i LOVE Left 4 Dead

  • i so wanna make a movie of this with my friends XDDDDD that would be awesome! but what would be even greater is if they actually made a real movie lololol

  • I never really noticed they were different...

  • @TheXRealXBrapp me neither.Mostly cause it doesnt sound loud to be noticed

  • this is what you here when a killer is in your house O.O

  • You can find these in L4D2 :D

  • @racer927 the passing is this theme haven't played first game but i hear it now

  • "Peelz... uh no BONK...."

    Luis: RRAAAWWWWRRRR!!!

  • I absolutely love the "wah wah" sound. :)

  • This music is perfect for this kind of game.

  • Dead Air my favourite

  • Me too, Dead Air ftw!!

  • @Boshi0 your an idiot

  • @vortex199611 I don't think someone who can't even spell "You're" in the right context has the right to call anyone an idiot.

  • Valve should give Micheal Bay or James Cameron or someone with great movie making talents all the rights and music copyrights to make the perfect Left 4 Dead movie. :)

  • @TehAwesomeKid

Not Micheal Bay he would make mess of it.

I love the idea of making a Left 4 Dead film like a film for each campaign but I am worried that some Hollywood prick would ruin it as usual and make a film that would be a disaster which has been common with films depicted from games and vice versa

  • @Adunn88 what if George A. Romero directed it? i doubt he'd do it, but if he did it would be fucking awesome

  • @lankyGigantic I'm just a bit cautious of having a film based on a game as any ports from a book, TV series or game into a film and vice versa (the majority) have been crap. I think a Left 4 Dead film could be brilliant but as long as the right person took it and was a close resemblance to the game and not too many things get changed. Goldeneye 64 is a good example of a game from a film and actually being good so not all ports are bad. So yeah mabye him.

  • @Adunn88 And left 4 dead IS kinda based on dawn of the dead anyway, so y'know. It'd probably just be like DoTD but with fast zombies.

  • Silence before the storm......

  • R.I.P Bill...=(

  • @sutton876 I know man, whever i played singleplayer i always played as Francis and me and Bill would watch eachother's backs, along with Zoey too, we kinda shunned Louis

  • I think this music fits the Dead Air campain a lot 4 some reason.

Also, I wish they didn't take this out for l4d2 D: same w/ that little creepy jingle you hear at random times while playing.

  • sound like hl2 music

  • @tt3socal Well they're both made by valve so what do you expect :S

  • um no

  • @tt3socal and the backround for the No Mercy campaign looks like something from hl2

  • @thatoneguy86912 not realy

  • @tt3socal if you look at it close enough it looks like dr. breen's citadel don't you think?

  • @thatoneguy86912 it sorta does because of the tower but thats it

  • in a saferoom of the parish i think in l4d2:NO ZOMBIE IS SAFE FROM CHICAGO TED!

  • Everyone loads up "click'' click''

    louis-okay the plan is....

zoey-we just have to cross a street and to a subway

    francis-alright no biggie right

bill-okay guys just dont horse shit it up like last time.

god how badass that feels. you know, you and ur online team are discussing tactics, like cover when some1 is reloading

  • I think in L4D2's the passing, the safe room music sounds a bit like this

  • Louis: No! Old man no!

  • I'M HAPPIER NOW

  • blood harvest soundtrack is my favorite

  • I miss these saferoom musics. I also miss Bill everytime i watch these L4D posters. My favorite character is Francis, but Bill was also one of the best characters.

  • Comment removed

  • *sniff* bill needs 6 more votes and he wins the vote for whos the most favorite character between louis and bill *sniff* i dont want to lose bill cause if louis wins bills bye bye in the dlc 2 morrw

  • "I miss the internet."

  • I... I can't believe one of these guys dies...

  • I miss the internet.

  • How the themes are all different:

No Mercy: Has Light Drums in the background.

Crash Course: Has very loud drums.

    Death Toll: Has that...well...thing.

Dead Air: Has ambient airport noises in background.

Blood Harvest: Has Piano in background.

  • @LuisJGTFox i think their techno beats.

  • no mercy would make a great movie!

  • (pspproductions01) No dead air would because on the awesome place crash sequence aroudn the finale

  • WE ARE THE REAL MONSTERS

  • @ErPablosky I hope you are DEAD already!

  • NONE OF YOU WILL SURVIVE

  • @readordiefanatic i miss the internet

  • grabin pillz

  • I don't know why but No Mercy seems like the one I hear the most.

  • I don't know why, but I think the Death Toll theme would fit better in Dead Air...

  • PILLZ HERE!

  • @LoGAtRUnEaRtH428 same with resident Evil, 1,2,3 and code name veronica were horror but 4 and 5 are not and that's what kills the series for me.

  • Does anyone know how to replace the L4D2 saferoom music with these?

  • they got rid of this music on l4d2..so gay..my favorite music on the whole damn game..so creepy and atmospheric..really fitting, but i think as a whole l4d2 moved away from the horror aspect and moved into a more action based scenario, which i really didnt care for.. i love the game yes, but l4d1 did the best job of creating a horror feel, which is the way an undead apocalyptic scenario should be.. am i alone in saying this?

  • no you are not.

  • @LoGAtRUnEaRtH428 You are absolutely 100% right. You definitely aren't alone :)

  • @LoGAtRUnEaRtH428 it returns on the passing safe rooms :P

  • i like the way how bill "says" reloading....

  • REELOAAADING!

  • yeah and in german LADE NAAAACH!!!!!!

    it sounds so funny

  • Death Toll's piece was unsettling. Blood Harvest was scary.

  • Sanvich makes me strong

  • NO ZOMBIE IS SAFE FROM CHICAGO TED

  • I love zombies, I want to take them on a date!

Will somebody please hide the pens!!!

  • RELOADING!!!

  • I think this song really fits dead air a lot.

  • lol thats a good vid

  • Dude, ive been looking for this song for so fucking long!-thank you!

  • This music sounds straight out a zombie flick. Its So EPIC!

  • Even though i love both of l4d games, i miss safe room music and atmosphere of no mercy. Music with no mercy poster (mercy hospital on a back) makes me remember the firs ttime when i was playing l4d. Mercy hospital was so far away..

  • dude, thats EXACTLY what I think...

  • Dead Air was my fav campaign, but you gotta love the atmosphere of no mercy, its so classic and rly "left 4 deady"

  • I EAT ZOMBIES FOR BREAKFAST

  • are zombies tasty? XD

  • i wish some film maker or director will come along that has the vision and passion to make the most ultimate and most brutal quality zombie movie that captures the true horror of what it would be like if a real zombie apocalypse really happend and it had this kind of perfect music

  • hahah, i agree.

  • @yulethomson

they already did...and it's even interactive for your viewing pleasure

  • @yulethomson defintely not Uwe Boll

  • @yulethomson U R SO RIGHT

  • @yulethomson

28 days later isn't that far away from capturing such atmosphere.

  • awesome track

  • this music fits with the terrible situation of the survivors, i miss this theme, l4d2 safe room music ambience is not the same
