It's called a promo vid, he goes where the sponsors pick a location or sometimes he gets to decide. As you can SEE by looking at the posting date, the video is a few years old. So if his "street style" bothers you that much watch some of his newer smoother stuff or watch a rider that you like better....

Its cool man, I only came to his defense because I've ridden at his park a few times when I lived in Jersey and they've always been cool with me. Scotty is down, real humble for the status he has being at the pro level and having to travel for sponsors alot to do shows and promo stuff.
