which ones did you watch? i'm always scared that folks will think i'm angry with america instead of accepting i'm documenting a journey towards personal salvation. i found acceptance and it will be put on film.

I watched both "New Immigrants" "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" and this one. I didn't get a sense that you were angry with America - it sounded like you were chronicling personal growth and the growing awareness of your own experience of being black in America. I thought it was honest and pretty compelling. Thanks for sharing it!
